This was the second time we have been there to dine in. They have the air conditioning on so cold you cannot enjoy your meal. I noticed a couple that walked in when we were there with their winter coats when it was 60 degrees out, apparently they have been here before.

They are getting skimpy with the chicken, I asked for okra instead of a drink and I got one okra piece, the biscuits are embarrassing. This restaurant has gone down hill.

I have eaten here yesterday but, the problem is, I had ordered a 3 piece chicken. And it had mold in it. And I didn't eat it. Can you visit another nearby location instead of this one? That way we cannot sell anymore molded chicken. I want this location permanently closed today. By making a permanently closed sign. And visit the other nearby locations instead of this one. Because. I want this location permanently closed today. At 4:30 PM

so today after work, I stopped by chicken express around 5:30 PM(11/17/25). The only thing that was kinda odd was the biscuit which was flat. I don’t know if this was a joke by a kids working there or just plain negligence. It’s clear to see that the biscuits was not up to standard yet it was served to a customer(me) . If I could get zero stars i would.

I stopped by here to pick up a DoorDash order, and the female employee at the counter acted like it was in inconvenience to assist me with it. She didn't say one word, even thank you, just handed it to me and stared at me. Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to train employees on good customer service or just overhaul any staff that doesn't want to be there.

I ordered a 25 piece family meal with 2 sides and biscuits. Never got the biscuits. The past 2 times they got my order wrong .

Experience deserves zero stars. These girls are up here, cussing behind the counter and acting like nobody is even there. Completely unprofessional this place is going downhill fast do better.

I placed an order online for pickup at 12:04pm.. it said my order was ready at 12:15pm and my husband goes inside to pick it up. No employee in the whole store addressed him. When he finally got someone’s attention to ask about the order, the older lady then printed the ticket to begin the order at 1215 so it was not ready. My husband sat there with my crying toddler until 1240pm while I sat in the car with my newborn baby…. Not once did any of the employees apologize for the delay or seem to be in any sense of urgency to make the orders and mind you all I ordered was the 4 piece tender box. I went into the location at 1244pm after 40 mins and still no food. I had to ask the older lady twice what is going on with my order that was placed forty mins prior. Still she acted clueless and was unapologetic ignoring my request for a manager. She finally slowly making my one box and brings it to me. I then ask for a manager again and a younger white female came to the front. I told her my concerns and she just looked at me. I told her I needed a refund and she walked over to her iPad. Cancelled my order and walked off. No apology. No nothing. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience at a restaurant. All of this going on while the drive thru was getting all of their orders. I will never ever come back to this location. It should honestly be shut down at this point. Terrible employees all around. No customer service

Unbelievably slow. Unapologetic. Did not check on customers. Can not multi task between taking orders and packaging food. Ridiculous for a fast food establishment at a non-peak time.

The food is good but it is TOO GOTDAMN EXPENSIVE!! 1 piece of chicken shouldn't be $9. I saw something on the menu for $75. Smh. They're higher than kfc and Popeyes. I actually drove off this time.

It’s 11:30 am and I was served lukewarm/ cold food. It’s not hot nor was it fresh food. How do you serve old food at 11:30am? I only ate the chicken. I should’ve have brought all of it back to the store for some fresh food. I’m also disappointed because I found a hair and a tiny piece of lint in my box. I really like chicken express but I’m very disappointed in the food and service that I received today.
