First time eating here, and wow—what a great experience! I honestly don’t know what was better: the food or the wonderful service. We mentioned it was our first visit, and the young lady, Melody ,working went out of her way to walk us through the menu board and explain how the combos work. She even let us sample items ahead of time, which was so helpful.

I don’t want to sound like a “boomer” (I’m Gen X!), but it’s rare these days to find younger employees in fast-food settings who are this engaged and genuinely happy to help. That was not the case here—she was fantastic!

Only downside? We live downtown, or we’d be here all the time.

Great people work here great atmosphere use to be an AM here was in a bad spot mentally and walked out on them got help then left food for trucking. This place is still awesome

I had a side of Olivia's Old South and the broccoli salad, both were great! I've been to Chicken Salad Chick several times and have tried many of their varieties, but this was my first time trying the broccoli salad. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely something I'll be ordering again. This place never disappoints!

I love Chicken Salad Chick! This location has never let me down. When I was working in the area this was my go to lunch spot. This place serves you guessed it, Chicken Salad and let me tell you. It is delicious. They bring out your order quickly and accurately. The place is kept spotless both the dinning room and restrooms. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone in Tomball.

I love this place. Only bad thing is trying to choose between all the different styles. Even with the trio, we can only choose three! This place is brilliant!!!

Close to closing but let's just say if you don't allow customers to come in and eat up until closing time you should pay a sign stating to go only after 7:30. We are huge fans of CSC, but we're extremely disappointed tonight.

The place to go when you're in the mood for chicken salad of any kind (and a conplementary cookie).

The menu is simple and the food is good. I’m a sucker for a sandwich and Chicken Salad Chick offers an alternative to the sub shops that are scattered all over the place. For about 12 or 13 dollars you get a good sandwich, a side dish, a drink, and a cookie. It’s a perfect size lunch that’s been well-prepared using fresh ingredients. I want to liken the menu to a jazz tune, with a central theme but variation throughout the execution. Simple, yet classic.

In response to the inane response from the café: Any details to help you improve? You ask me this a MONTH after you give me food poisoning?

The Fancy Nancy was delicious but unfortunately I've been in the restroom for the past 2 hours since I ate it. I think it's safe to say I won't be back. The service however was fantastic.

We are full time travelers in or Motorhome.
If you are looking for pleasant non crowded nicely decorated place to relax and eat ( just like we always do) ....this is the place to go. We love Fran chicken salad with the fruits in it. We always enjoy going to Chicken Salad Chick with my girlfriend. Enjoy.

Walked in to grab Mother's Day BOGO ... was told they were 'sold out'

Seriously, you're still serving food ... how can you be 'sold out'

Now ... I remember why I stopped shopping in the Tomball location ... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
