Chili's Grill & Bar

After not visiting Chili’s in Tomball for nearly two years due to a previous disappointing experience, we decided to give it another try—and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, everything was different in the best possible way.

The staff was exceptionally well-trained. Service was fast, the food came out hot, and everything was cooked perfectly. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care for the customer experience.

At one point, the manager noticed I was picking green onions off my fries—something I had forgotten to request when ordering. Without me even saying a word, he brought out a brand-new order and said, “We want to make sure you enjoy your meal.” That’s the level of service you’d expect from a five-star restaurant, not a casual dining spot—and it completely changed how I view this location.

Everything about this visit was phenomenal. The team has truly turned things around, and I can’t recommend this Chili’s enough. They’ve earned a loyal customer back.

The food was really good but the servers either aren't doing anything or are doing EVERYTHING and don't have time for you either way.
Our server was super nice & apologetic, but it took almost 10 minutes for her to take our drink orders and it was hard to get her attention the whole night, it seemed like she was doing the work of 3 people at once, so i can't even blame HER.
There were way too many tables seated for one waitress to handle, yet at least 3 other servers were just standing around the host stand doing nothing, one was on their phone. What a weird dynamic to see, it would've been nice for her & us had someone stepped in to help take of things.

I think it was way too expensive there was only two adults and a 6-year-old and it was $70

Only thing I can write about is the service. Very slow lunch service. Walked in and got sat at a booth. A few minutes go by no one comes to greet or take drink order. A couple got sat behind us and the waitress walked right up to them and took a drink order. Drinks came out in under a minute. We still haven't even been looked at by the waitress. She then goes up to the couple behind us and takes their order and then walks into the back..... we waited 15 min before walking out. The atmosphere felt off as soon as we walked in. The hostess and manager both gave us nasty looks. Made me ask my husband if I had something on my face I was unaware of. Won't be back!

Picked up a burger & fries, but the fries had to go in trash as it appeared someone poured at least a half bottle of salt on them!

Weird cold white lighting in there, way too bright and blue hued for night time. Lit up like an operating room.

After 20 min waiting for server , then another 10 min after we told the host about the situation we decided to just leave , servers walk around like not paying any kinds of attention… restaurant was not even busy for that kind of service .. horrible experience! We end at texas roadhouse .. much better

I’ve always been impressed with Chili’s pickup service—order online, pay, drive to the restaurant, and an employee would quickly bring my order to my car.

However, today I was surprised to find I had to go inside to pick it up.

My order was on the shelf with my name, but despite seeing many employees, no one offered assistance.

After a while, a young woman finally handed it to me.

When I got home, the container was open, the requested utensils were missing, and the food was cold.

It was a disappointing experience.
