We always get takeout but they're quick and efficient, and the food is always very good.

Husband and I dined in for dinner. The entire restaurant was dirty! Food, napkins, straw covers all on the floor. Bathrooms (women’s) bathroom was very dirty and smelly. Couldn’t tell who was managing if anything, bunch of kids hanging out behind the counter.

2920 in Tomball really sucked today. I never give reviews but was extremely disappointed. Apparently they won’t cut you burrito in half anymore. Tortilla was super gummy and gross . Hard to chew. The chips were super stale. Service in the line was not that great. The burrito did not look to appealing and has gotten substantially smaller. Today’s lunch sucked. I will not be back to this location again.

Ordered a chicken burrito and a barbacoa bowl on the app, drove 17 miles home, and the burritos tortilla was ridged and flaking, barely any chicken and the brown rice could crack teeth.
I'm very disappointed.
The $11 bowl was fine, except I'm still hungry.

I didn't really get much protein, no one greeted me & my whole grain rice was hard. I usually frequent this location with no problem but tonight Thu Feb.6 9:30 pm was terrible.

Truly pathetic.. How do you have 10 workers on staff and no food ready at 6:30pm on a weekday. Line out the door, not because of all the customers but because nothings ready. turning people away because you don’t have some items on the menu when you only have 10 things on the menu. All the while the employees are giving rude stares to the customers. Worst part is, this isn’t only today, this is every time I come to chipotle in tomball. Youd think theyd learn after a few times.. but I guess I’m expecting too much out of them. Yall are better off just closing after lunch time, or forever

How is it possible for a food establishment. To not have any food ready. At 6:50 on a Monday. Not only does it happen quite often. But also the lack of workers refusing to move in a timely manner. Oblivious to anyone's time but their own. This location needs to be shut down and shown how a proper food establishment should be operated. The manager needs to do better smh.

This chipotle is absolutely the worst chipotle in the Tomball/1960 area, and so far the worst chipotle I have ever been to throughout the USA. If you go to this place after 5 pm, they will be out of alot of items. Including white or brown rice, the chicken is dry, the steak looks like leather, , very little cheese and the lettuce is brown. Also, the chips are always stale.... And this is not the first time. Since this Chipotle's has been open, I have left a few times without ordering because of the lack of items or the food does not look good . Or I have seen other people do the same. You might think that they would get their crap together after getting negative reviews in the past, but they don't. The people and the managers just don't care about service and it shows. If u want a good experience at Chipotle, don't go here. There is one on loop 336 Conroe, one at louetta and 249, or one at 290 and 1960. These have great food and great environment .

I ordered off the Chipotle app and my orders come from this location. When I first begin ordering I could trust my food would be fresh but my last few orders have not been right. And today I am annoyed that whomever you have working does not care about how they serve people's food. My bowl was full of pinto bean juice, the bag was full of food that had spilled and my bowl was missing a good bit of ingredients I asked for. I had to throw it away! I want a REFUND!!!! I paid for piss poor service and I love Chipotle as a franchise in general. But this location is out of order! I chatted with Pepper but she isn't working fast enough because I want my money back Noooooooooooooow! Get it Together!
