Costa Fina Latin Coastal Kitchen

My family and I enjoyed a really delicious dinner at Costa Fina. The upscale ambiance and modern midcentury style of the restaurant make it a jewel in The Woodlands. My son had the lamb shank and it was "one of the best meals he's ever had." I had the chicken costa fina and the presentation and preparation of the meal was fantastic! My husband had carne asada and it was different and delicious. We all enjoyed the smoked guacamole as an appetizer and the banana's foster (with plantains). Both were fantastic. This restaurant really brings unusual, tasty food, and an upscale, lovely place for couples and families to share special times together. Of course, both times we enjoyed dinner at this restaurant, the thoughtful and professional waitstaff attended to our needs with deference and consideration.

We had dinner here last night, first time, the food was incredible, the service was great, and the atmosphere was really, really nice. It surprised us all, especially how good the food was. My salmon was so good; we also got the sea bass, shrimp skewer, and tuna skewer, and everyone was pleasantly surprised. So good!!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of choices for my vegetarian wife.

Hidden gem in Creekside. Our server Sabrina was great and made sure my pisco sour was Peruvian style. The arepitas and beef skewers were so good and my kids loved the plantain chips. Will be back!

One of my favourites in the area. Definitely give the braised goat a try. Great service, drinks, food, ambience and pet friendly too when I wanna bring Max.

Bar area is fun n friendly. Only disappointing factor is the two wonderful bartenders Isabella n John left. That’s a shame …

I loved the place, the decoration, the set up of the table, etc., the service was very good, our waitress was always attentive. The truth is that the food is also good, except that the arepitas were flat without much flavor and my chamorro was dry, it was solved When I asked for a little more sauce which our waitress brought it right away. In general, a very good restaurant. I was surprised to see it a little empty. I don't know if it was because of the hour or the day, but in truth, very good execution. All the staff were very attentive!! Good place!! Congratulations!!

Have been eager to try and finally did! As you walk in you are greeted and immediately notice the beautiful tropical decor and vibrant music. We visited on Saturday night and they had live music in their outdoor patio. Prices are a bit high so my expectations were higher.

Drinks:
Garden Mojito - Sweet but needed more rum ?
Mango something with Tajin - so so also, nothing to wow about.

Food:
Beef Carpaccio - we are big fans of carpaccio but this was a miss. The meat was very chewy and dliced too thick. We shared our concern but they didnt even offer a free drink or something small to show they care.

Braised Goat - Good flavor, you can tell it has been cooking for many hours. We know Goat can be chewy, this had some good and some chewy meat. Wouldn't recommend if that bothers you.

Chile Relleno stuffed with mushrooms and Oaxaca cheese. This dish was delicious. Came out luke warm but had amazing flavors.

Overall, the prices are high, the food has good flavors and the service is wonderful. Minus the manager who could have at least address our concern over the chewy meat. We will definitely give them one more try.

What a hidden GEM in Creekside Forest! A high-end Mexican/Latin restaurant that is perfect for a romantic date night. One of my new favorites - the ambiance, service and dishes are impeccable! Love that they had racks next to each table for the ladies to hang their bags; very typical of Mexico!

We celebrated our birthdays here and had a wonderful time! Our servers at the bar, Cole and John, and our waiter Alec in the restaurant were all very friendly and well informed. We had the octopus appetizer and it was delicious. In fact, that's why we chose to go here - we'd heard their grilled octopus was really good, and it certainly was! My husband had the pork shank w/ saffron rice and the meat just fell off the bone, it was so tender. I had the Chilean sea bass w/ pistachio mole and hearts of palm - exquisite combination and the fish was cooked to perfection. They make the best espresso martini that I've ever had. The hardest thing about going here was deciding what to have - everything on the menu looked wonderful. We look forward to returning here to try more of their dishes.

I found this place completely by accident and it was such a great find. The food , atmosphere and service are all top notch with dishes that cater to many different palates. In terms of location within the Woodlands, this is a hidden gem in every sense of the term. It has a great patio and beautiful design and flow.
