Great atmosphere and super friendly hostess. Our server was awful. I felt he was clueless. We ordered our food and my daughter’s food was served in a to go container. The waiter said he had no idea why. Weird! He would not come get our check so we had to pay on our way out. The waiter chased my daughter down and asked her if we had paid. Very embarrassing for us. This kid needs some training or needs to be terminated. I will not be returning.

My first visit to Craft Grill impressed me! My daughter had recommended it so I took her there for an early dinner. Because the weather was good, we dined outside. I tried the shrimp and grits to compare it to what I make myself at home. It was an interesting change using gouda instead of cheddar which gives it a very different flavor that I found good. Their appetizer, a mixed sampler, was also quite good. Overall, I was quite impressed and look forward to trying something else the next time I go there. BTW, the wait staff was also very helpful even considering he had had to deal with a food allergy reaction at another table he was serving.

My husband and I came in and had the best experience. The food is “customized comfort food”. That’s how I would describe it. Most of all, I’m making this review for our server, Kaitlyn, she is the sweetest, most attentive, most personable server I HAVE EVER had! I’ve never met this beautiful girl before, but she deserves this review and so much more!

We moved out of state and couldn’t wait to go to Craft Grill again while visiting Houston. It is not the same restaurant as it used to be. A couple of us had the Georgia Chicken and one had the Gumbo. The chicken dinner was terrible. Maybe 4 oz. at the most and dry and overcooked. The gumbo was a few spoonfuls and then all rice. Our waitress was very nice and did a good job. All in all I feel like we wasted $100 and won’t ever be going back. It’s disappointing because it used to be so good.
Service was amazing, they were super friendly and had home baked dog biscuits for our puppy. The food was also great! Fully enjoyed our evening their.
