I hate giving bad reviews but that place was nasty!! The cushions around the tables were filthy. Dirt caked up on floors. Windows were filthy!! That place needs a deep cleaning or a new overhaul!! Won't be going back!!

This is by far, the most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever been inside. Every table and chair was sticky, and clearly had not been cleaned in months. The booth was full of crumbs, the bathroom stall door didn't have a working lock, and the half the items on the menu say 'sold out' The AC was not on and the whole place was musty, humid, and the thermostat read 87 degrees inside. Even the ice cream wasn't enough to keep my 3 year old niece cool given the temperature indoors. The staff was fine, but the chili cheese dog was luke warm at best, and the fries & onion rings tasted were somehow soggy and dry at the same time, almost like they were reheated or something. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else when your child wants ice cream in the Tomball area.

Well a few years ago this place was actually a decent fast food place to visit. Now it is disgusting. In nearly every way. From the food, to the floors. Tables and chairs. If I had to choose between going outside and using their restrooms I'd squat in the freeway. This place needs some corporate help.

Ran out of ice cream several times when I visited. Poor manager in my opinion. Hard to make money when you don't have the product.

We had 2 blizzards and they were delicious. However with the interior look of this place I may not want to come back, it is in need of a SERIOUS renovation, with a leaky AC and leaky bathroom faucet. Hopefully soon they can fix this place up.

Came for a dipped cone the doors were locked already at 9:00 p.m. so I had to wait in line which took forever because they kept making people wait to order just ridiculous it is all I have to say

Employees were friendly. It was a bit messy inside. Men's restroom could have used a cleaning. Otherwise food was not bad.

The grass was overgrown outside making the establishment look as if it wasn’t being cared for, but against our better judgement, we still went in. We ordered our food and realized after it was extremely hot inside. The thermostat showed 86, turned out their AC wasn’t working. We received our food and treats, they were sold out of several items, did not have all of the ingredients for the banana splits. My burger was okay at best, but when we noticed the mold on the ceiling above our table and along the ceiling through the dining area, that was it for us. It was hard to imagine the kitchen being clean and mold free since the rest of the building was in such bad shape.

Restaurant is very filthy. Mold on most of ceiling tile, dark hardly no lights on. Windows and doors are grose looks like someone wiped their dirty hands all over them. Wall falling apart. Floors and walls black black from dirt or mold build up. No frozen cakes available. Case is empty. Staff was ok. Nothing special about them. Friendly. Doing the best they can. Definitely won't be back here.

This place was swamped! There were maybe 3 restaurants open due to the power outages and I was thankful for them being opened! They didn’t have gravy which was understood and okay given the circumstances but they did have ice cream to make up for it! The Butterfinger blizzard, steak finger basket and Oreo blizzard along with a Dr Pepper was the comfort food we needed at that moment and the 35 minutes we waited was worth it!

Every time we come here they don’t have ice cream, peanut butter, or brownie. Not sure how this place is still open. It looks abandoned since the grass is high and no up keep.
