Service and timeliness is good, but I have gotten very sick the last three times I've eaten at this location. Never happens at other locations, only this one.

Honestly just bad. Brownies were undercooked, thinner than the thin crust pizza, got the smallest size of 8 piece boneless wings. Pizzas were alright. The guy last night couldn't get the root beer that was right in front of his face to save a life. I almost had to go back there to get it myself. Spent 51 dollars when I Honestly should have just went to heb and bought frozen and saved me the Hassel. Just disappointed and angry.

Quality check was over an hour since I called store. Manager (woman I believe Andrea) was name of “manager” that claimed they did not have enough drivers, and her GM already knew about the issue. Told me she threw my pizza in oven to be “warm” and driver was 20 minutes away from store. So on top of the hour I’ve been waiting AFTER quality control, I’d be having to wait another 20+ for delivery driver to arrive to me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. No sorry, no refund, no credit was offered at all. Tip was given, and when I mentioned I’d be calling tomorrow to speak to another manager she said don’t bother they will not be in tomorrow 3:16/25. I cannot believe this location, nor “manager”. Never have I had an issue at this location until tonight. I will NOT be ordering from this location in the future. Save yourself the trouble

This is the absolute worst dominos I have ever had to deal with. They refuse to deliver my food to me even after they confirm to me that they do deliver to my address. Even spoke to the corporate office and they confirmed that this location in fact does deliver to me. Apparently they run dominos not the other way around. The manager I spoke with tonight told me she over rules the 2 different individuals that did take my orders after I asked them if they do deliver to my address and still canceled both orders just tonight. She was very extremely rude to me and basically said she didn't care what they said. I have never been treated so poorly by any business before. If this is how they are treating their customer they need to close down. Pizza Hut is right around the corner from them and treat all their customers way better. That so called manager needs to be fired on the spot!!!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery, they said it was delivered, I called them, she told me it was in the oven but the app said it was delivered. She was very rude when I spoke with her on the phone

Not sure when the previous general manager Reyna switched locations but ever since we have not recieved the same quality to which we once did from her when she was in charge. Food is always late now, seemingly either expired or just old altogether, in this case its very obviously burnt but also cold because our driver Robert took the 10 min + order to telge before bringing our order 3 mins across the street from the store & proceeded to make a snyde comment of "THANKS FOR THE TIP >:(" and basically runs away. Very disappointed, we miss Reyna. P.s upon calling the store there was only apology & assurance of notifying their general manager, no offer to fix the wrongings of now cold food.
UPDATE : My fiance called the next day to which the morning crew was much more pleasant and accommodating, we recieved a free remake in addition to a free marble cookie brownies & will continue our business here (as we were going to do anywhere bc its the the closest dominos & for some reason I only like dominos Alfredo sauce) big thanks to miss Cathy who was very sweet and helpful :)

Honestly for the first time ever In my life a dominoes goes above and beyond to make it right! I received the wrong order, and when I called they were so polite, told me they were going to remake my order and deliver it. Took them like 15 minutes to make good on their promise. Thank you for the great customer service!

Couldn’t write a more scathing review.
Ordered online, tipped 20% in advance for driver. For context this was the meal for my anniversary night out for the babysitter. Estimated 30 min out at ordering time.
After an hour called and politely asked for an ETA. Was told they were short handed and approximately ~20 min more. Driver on his way back and would take our order first. Another hour passes, babysitter politely contacts me again that pizza still has not arrived.
I call and immediately am told they will make it again. ??? WTH?!? They aren’t sure maybe the driver got confused. Absolutely BS, they are obviously lying and purposely didnt deliver to us next out of spite. I asked to have the order canceled. They most likely spit in the food.
They nonchalantly say ok. Within a second my babysitter gets the text the order is canceled.
No apology, no offer to make anything right.
Will be calling back in the morning to speak to management.
Absolutely no pride in their job, no customer service. Will NEVER order from Dominos again - at this point I can’t imagine how they do any business. I was never rude, did not raise my voice and they could not have been less interested in helping my children get their dinner in a timely fashion. Shameful and just plain stupid.

We have been ordering pizzas from dominos in Tomball for at least 20 years. We always have good service. Tonight I called and ordered our pizza with hand tossed crust like I have for twenty years. When delivered we tipped driver as usual and opened pizza to discover thin and crispy crust. I haveNEVER ordered that kind of crust and don’t even like it!! When I called to let them know they had made a mistake, the young man that had taken my order got on the phone and immediately and very belligerently insisted I had ordered thin and crispy. I was trying to tell him I did not and he kept interrupting and insisting very rudely that I did. To be very honest, I ALMOST called him a little s__thead, but CAUGHT MYSELF. He then said, “have a nice day” very rudely and hung up on me. I was only calling to point out the mistake so they would be more careful. Was not going to ask for any kind of discount or free pizza!!! So sorry this happened because we loved Tomball Dominos! Goodbye to them after so so many years!!
