The staff are confused, and did not start one of the pizzas in my order until the other one had been done and in the box for a while. Highly incompetent staff. Also the second pizza was made incorrectly.

Worst service the app sent my delivery order to the store out of delivery area. They said I could pick it up or void the order, which would take 3 to 5 business to get my money back. I asked if I pick it up what about the delivery charge and tip for driver. The store GM said they would have to void the original order refund 3 to 5 business days and recharge me. So the solution is to double charge and hold my money for 3 to 5 business days. Never order from the tomball Domino's.

worker done canceled our whole order bc we asked when’s our pizza coming. like ik it was 7 pizzas and your were all by yourself making them but to cancel a whole order because someone asked when their pizzas coming 😭 your life gotta be sad asf

I ordered 7 pizzas 24 hours in advance for my 30 students to eat for lunch. At 12:20 I called to see why my order that was to be delivered at 12:00 had not arrived. The employee who answered the phone gave several excuses and expected me to accept excuses for why my order was almost 30 minutes late and why my students would not be getting a lunch. She then proceeded to hang up on me when I called back to see if the pizza was still coming I was told my order had been canceled and was hung up on again.

This place is a disaster. More than 90 mins for a delivery order. And when I called to know more about my order the person at the phone was rude and low, los class. Disastrous place. Pizza arrived cold and horrible to the taste.
