Absolutely horrible! Terrible customer service, employees were extremely rude

Not sure who hired the blonde haired young lady who work the night shift on 7/1. But my family's experience, there was horrible. I agree with Rachel Diazo, if I could leave one star I would. Upon arriving to this location at approximately 8:24, we were told that the facility closes at nine o'clock, and they had already thrown away all the donuts. Mind you this location closes at 9pm. So we decided to order the drinks that were being advertised not only on the board to take your order. But on the door of the facility as well. After ordering the drinks this young lady. Once again states, we don't have those drinks not sure were you're getting that from, but we don't make those. Although we are looking at it on the order board as well as on the door of the facility and have seen the commercial advertising the drink? Which prompted our visit. Reluctantly, she decides to make some concoctions for us, which was full of Tajin mind you, and nothing that we ordered. Then proceeded to give them to us as if this is what we ordered. After working a 12 hour shift, it was not worth arguing with this Young lady about the concoctions, she choice for us, so we decided to leave. Which is why we are leaving this scathing review. I feel that 820 is more than enough time to be able to arrive and still get donut holes as well as a drink, that is being nationally advertised. Management needs to offer this young employee Additional training are put her on a shift that is more feasible for her attitude. We will never return to this location.

When we got to the window she gave us a mean look like us coming there was the worst part of her day. Then when I asked about the free donut for free donuts day she smirked and said sorry it’s not on your receipt. I work in a customer service and I would write up my employees if they treated a patient like that.

The only thing I don’t like about this place is when you ask for a bagel and cream cheese there’s hardly any cream cheese and when you try to correct them on it they charge you $1.50 more for some GD cream cheese. Total BS and rude when you tell them that they’re overcharging you. I’m a nice guy, but I don’t like to be nickel and dimed.

Food and service, was great at the Tomball location, the 2 girls on the night shift, were great, Dianne and Destiny but the GM was there, and he was absolutely rude to his employees, and talking to customers saying that his employees are lazy, that is not how you treat your employees, very unprofessional to me if your running a business, if you want respect, you have to show respect. He is expecting a lot from 2 employees running a whole store by themselves, instead of talking about your employees, stop being cheap and hire more workers. Thank you girls for the great service and tolerating behavior, you shouldn’t have to deal with.

The owner is fun to talk to and so are some of the girls I had chance to chat with. You bring positive energy to place like this, you get positive energy from the wonderful service people. I have never thought this place would get completely remodeled while I was gone traveling Wyoming. I think, I will come back here again. Thank you all.

The owner is fun to talk to and so are some of the girls I had chance to chat with. You bring positive energy to place like this, you get positive energy from the wonderful service people. Today I have bad experience because staff is very lazy and road .every day I come and buy butter croissant with egg and one coffee. Normally the charge me $8.65 today she give me bill $20.35. Root behaviour. Too lazy service
