Went to the Dunkin on Spring Cypress for some donuts and coffee. I got there right as they opened at 6am. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The coffee was good and the donuts were tasty. I will make a Dunkin run again.

This is the only Dunkin' location I visit and I really feel like they could do a better job of waiting on walk in customers. I just get left standing there. People walk by but no eye contact, no 'be right with you' or anything. Donuts are fine and store is clean. Literally my only current issue.

I go here 5-6 days a week for Dunkin. I would go to the B&R side if they ever had Chocolate & Peanut Butter in stock. It's been a year since they've stocked the most popular flavor combo in the world. It hurts my heart.

Been to this location numerous times. The food is great but the service is consistently lacking. The afternoons are serviced by teenagers, who are desperately in need of a customer service course. No one will greet or even smile at you, or ask you for your order. They just stand there… no “how can I help you” or “can I take your order” nothing. Finally my son asked if the were ready to take his order and he was answered with a shrug.Service like this does not keep people coming back.

if it’s not an issue with my order it’s with my points i redeemed them and it says it excludes frozen matcha i ordered a iced matcha and they wouldn’t fix it. they asked me to come in to look into it, what is there to look into? You see the redeemed points. They have to much time on their hands to try and waste my time
