If you want to wait 25 minutes in line, on a Sunday, and be late to church. This Dutch bros is for you. Otherwise, I’d stop by Starbucks and avoid this place all together. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Will NOT be back.

The lady at window was So busy !!! but she was pacing well-coffee was sugar-free Golden Eagle! It was really tasty!
I could hear pretty loud music -some lyrics were throwing profanity - that’s my only (-)! Not everyone wants to listen to music filled with cussing …There’s definitely better vocabulary to choose from-so that def left a bad taste in my mouth!

lines too long because your employees talk too much because of your policies. this is why tim hortons is better they’re direct and get my coffee faster even if they’re rude sometimes, which I do prefer… if only they had one here I’d never come back here

Been coming to this location for a while and they are great! We mobile order and pick up and sometimes on your busy weekend you can expect a wait, that's any coffee shop on a holiday or weekend you go too. Drinks come out tasting great, staff is friendly and on the cases that they have sticker giveaways we have gotten them every time without needing to show up at open.

Not sure what's going on at the Dutch bros but its sooooo slow. Slowest one I've ever been too. There was one nice young man who took my order and i think he was the only one working. The 2 other females were out back giggling. Guessing lack of leadership? You have a fun and relatively easy job. This isn't the first time either. I also asked for extra sweet for my flavored lemonade. Not sweet at all. Been to many shops all over the northwest, none were so slow.

This is by far my most favorite Dutch bros in all Houston area!!!! I’ve been going here for a while now i work down the street and i stop Almost every night and the girls Katie and amelie are the BEST even when sometimes it’s just to stop by for a iced water with extra ice they see my car and have it ready! They are so sweet and kind and have the best attitudes! I always Feel welcomed by them 2! Katie always recommends me the newest drinks that come out and is always on point!! That are truly amazing! They deserve more than 5 stars!! ♥️
