If I could rate negative stars I would.. don’t waste time or money. Charged extra for meal during happy hour. They gave me a large instead of the lunch special. I asked for duck sauce and only 2 duck sauces and one soy sauce for a large serving?? And they said it costs extra if you get more.. very bad service and the food doesn’t even taste good and is dry. Hence needing more sauces..

I just picked up an order from this place, and the cashier treated me very dismissively. I had to ask about my order several times, and she barely spoke a word. It's sad to see such a small place treat customers like that. I would recommend you change your customer service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. We’ve been loyal customers of Fangs for several years, and while we’ve had minor issues in the past—like late orders—we continued to support them. However, after tonight’s experience, that ends. I received a text from the delivery driver saying the restaurant never got my order, even though I had a confirmation email, an order number, and my account had already been charged. Naturally, I called the restaurant expecting they’d help resolve the issue. Instead, they didn’t answer at first, then hung up on me multiple times. When I finally got through, the woman I spoke with was incredibly dismissive. Her response was essentially: “We didn’t get your order. It’s not our problem.” Then she hung up on me again. When I called back, she told me I’d need to come in and order/pay in person—despite the fact that I had already paid. I asked about getting a refund and was told to contact the Asian Takeout app (which is linked directly through their own website), even though the app says to contact the restaurant for order issues. Then she hung up on me again. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. After years of being a customer, I won’t be ordering from Fangs again.

Food is fine and place is clean, but they are crazy silly stingy with sriracha sauce. Picked up 3 full orders to go and this small cup of sriracha is $1.

Food was great! I liked the portion sizes. I ordered the Kung Pao Beef with white rice from the lunch menu. It also came with a egg roll and wonton soup. For my beverage I got a coconut milk tea it was good but will probably pick something else next time. It was empty when my friend and I arrived so the waiter gave us all their attention. Overall good experience!
I get 8 egg rolls A week there an amazing lunch if u don’t want to eat heavy .. I’m a egg roll expert and it’s probably the best egg roll I had in my life over 100 restaurant s and 15 countries

10/10 highly recommend! Hard working, friendly staff. They always get the order correct & never miss any items in my order, food always tastes great and my order is always ready real fast! They deserve to get a lot of business. I love their fried rice, beef & broccoli, and fried egg rolls!

We got Fangs delivered tonight and it did not disappoint! Cashew chicken and Mongolian beef dinner plates with Rangoon’s and soup. Excellent flavor, Hot/fresh anddelivery was super fast! Our bellies are happy! Y’all need to give them another try like we did, sometimes new management needs to work the Kinks out!

Their food is good, but the last three times I have ordered. They have screwed up my order as well as charge me for things that I didn’t ask for. I have always ordered the combination dinner for one and this time she charged me for extra eggrolls when all I said was, I wanted the eggroll and not the crab Rangoon. She asked what kind of soup I want and then charge me 399 for the soup. Very much says on the menu that soup is included in the combination dinner. Third times the charm, they have received years of business from me that ends now. Beware when you are placing your order of all the extra stuff they charge you for.

Good was delicious, arrived promptly and hot. Portions were generous and food was some of the best we’ve had around this area. It was out of the way for us but with the trip. We will be returning!
