Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My first time coming to Freddy's here in Tomball, and absolutely will not be going back to this one. The locations in Conroe and Huntsville are good though.

1st time ever. Food was delicious. However the floor was very oily / slippery

Best fast food burger imo and the fry sauce is better than chick fil a sauce. I said what i said.

Two of us ordered cheeseburgers and we had them delivered. You guys forgot to put the toppings we wanted on our cheeseburgers and you forgot the fry sauce in our bag so when it came to the house, we were very disappointed.

A bunch of kids that don’t care about customer service or pride in their jobs.

The restaurant was completely filthy but there were at least 5 workers sitting around on their phones and hanging out. Floors and tables were absolutely disgusting. I needed to use the restroom but considering how filthy everything else was, I didn’t even walk into the bathroom.

Management you need to step it up and hold your employees accountable. This is a new location and it’s in worse shape than others that have been around for years.

REVIEW UPDATE:
I have left feedback for their corporate office. This location has gone DOWNHILL since they opened. The burgers have seemed to remain status quo, but their custard sundaes are pitiful! They are either half full, or they have substandard ingredients. Also, their customer machines aren't working a lot of the times we go (3 times in a month one or more machines wasn't working). The manager didn't seem too interested in our feedback either and just made excuses.

I don't want freebees from corporate, just to return for the same bad quality and disinterested management.

They get a 1 star now. We don't plan to return at this time.

Took around 15 minutes to get two kids meals. No one else in line. While atleast 8 stood around and played on phones. Horrible management.

If I could eat here every night I would. Really love their chicken tenders with cheese dip! The skinny fries are my absolute favorite with their dry seasoning. Of course, the custard is amazing! Always friendly staff and clean environment.

The manager with the mask on is very rude. Service was extremely slow. And burger taste like someone dumped the entire salt Shaker on the burger

Burger taste and smelled like fish.

Average drive thru wait 6 +minutes. I left the drive thru after 18 minutes. Drove down the street to WHATABURGER and had my food in 3 minutes flat.
