The service sucks. You can’t even get service with a smile. I’m very disappointed. My burger wasn’t even hot. It was very cold. I’m very disappointed in this establishment and won’t be coming back. Thank you.

I ordered a veggie burger, got home, they forgot my burger. Had to drive all the way back. They said they didn't even have the veggie burger (which is weird because they took the order, and its LISTED on the receipt) but would substitute it for chicken. They gave me another order, got all the way home, it was a hotdog. Wrong, again. $12 for a hotdog with raw onions? I'm allergic to red meat.

Brain dead drive thru, sat at the kiosk a long time nobody answered the speaker… had to go in to order. Ask for a drink caddy get told they’re up front. There ain’t no drink caddies, if your staff don’t want to work then hire people who do.

Horrible customer service . Employees all messing around and not staying on task. Using profane language behind the counter and after going to check on my order a little girl told me "I have no idea when your order will be ready, its not on the screen!" Watched as they turned over 20 customers away, if I was the owner I'd be livid and shut it down til I figured out what was wrong. Place was filthy. Zero stars!

Ordered 2 sundaes in drive thru which would have taken 40 minutes with 5 cars
In line. Went inside and tried to speak with a manager and everyone was pointing the finger at each other like they didn’t know what was going on. I was finally helped and asked what I ordered. She showed me my order and
It had melted already. Come to find out they ran out of chocolate so they wouldn’t have been able to remake an order. But you were going to sell me melted ice cream. Suck poor service and food

If you have anxiety about eating fries, this is the best place for that, because the burgers are super small and don't fill you up, that's why they give you a basket of fries.

Awful customer service. Great food, but girl taking our order was so rude & never called our number when we ordered Icecream and milkshakes. By the time I figured out it was sitting up there it was half melted. Again AWFUL customer service. Girl was so unhelpful it’s obvious she didn’t want to be there. They didn’t even put lids on our milkshake. Don’t come here unless you’re really good at tolerating ignorance.

It's been a while since we've been here, and everything was meh.
We didn't get any custard, but the burgers were okay. Fries were okay. Onion rings were greasy.
The ladies' bathroom was notable for its lack of maintenance. The toilet seat was broken off its hinges and the towel dispenser didn't work.

This place has recently gone down hill. I overheard the managers making fun of their employees. I think their name was Anthony. The ordeal made me cancel my order and leave. They were genuinely being derogatory, so I left with my partner. They will not be getting our business. I hope management can straighten up their act.

Stopped and got a Regular Concrete & Regular Malt, total was $15, the concrete was supposed to have fudge, caramel & cheesecake, the staff at the window repeated the order back when handing it to us. Got home and it was just custard and fudge no caramel, no cheesecake. It is disappointing to not get what you paid for considering the price. Staff was extremely friendly though.
