Saw this place had good reviews and wanted to try a new italian place. Took us over 30 minutes to get our food after ordered, drink was not refilled, and escargo was lower than subpar. The wait staff was abysmal and brought us out cold food. Decided to leave and go to Adriatic Cafe down the road. At least you can get a refill and warm food there.

The restaurant is amazing. I had the Spaghetti with meatballs and Italian sausage. The sauce was absolutely delicious. The portion size was very large. They have a great wine collection that allows you to pair with your meal. The atmosphere is so friendly and the staff is great. It is my favorite Italian restaurant.

This is a hidden Gem! Old school tacky decor, but the food is amazing! Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor! My favorite dishes are the seafood, while my wife loves the pastas. This is a must try.

What a great gem we found in Tomball. This is our 2nd or 3rd time to eat here. We brought an out of town guest with us. The good is always spectacular and fresh and service is great! I highly recommend Gianna Italian Kitchen!

In my opinion, I thought the food could use a bit more seasoning. The marinara sauce was just par on flavor compared to other Italian restaurants. Service was slow even though they were not very busy.
My husband Frank and I went here and had a great experience. We were married June 4, 2025 and we came to this restaurant about a month before we were married. Everyone congratulated us! We might be back!

My wife and I first visited this place 17 years ago. We were in the area and decided to stop in again. We actually sat 1 table away from where we sat way back then. It was busy when we arrived but we were seated with 10 minutes. The long island I had was phenomenal. The atmosphere is nice, not too loud and the staff was friendly. The food was delicious and they have a lot to offer on their menu. We will definitely be back, hopefully not in another 17 years.
