I ordered the spicy chicken. it's my absolute favorite dish. I save my going out money to order and I always delete the bell pepper and onionkeeping everything else in dish especially the jalapeño. just received dinner for my family two of the same dish and soup and the spicy chicken dish came with just chicken. spicy chicken with no spice??? you think....easy, everyone makes mistakes they will make it right....wrong. I was told they made a mistake and sorry. they can't refund me, they can't send the correct order out. they can give me some free egg rolls next time I order???? I didn't even order egg rolls...don't want them. I'm sad to say that this is my last time to order. it is my favorite but if they cannot stand by their product and fix their mistakes I'm not interested .

I ordered via door dash. General Tsos, egg rolls and wonton soup was good. Fried rice was not good, no peas or carrots. Chicken chow main was horrible, there was a short, straight black hair in it. Needless to say, that was a wasted dish. Blah. Will never order from them again!

Mongolian beef taters horrible. I've been a long time customer and order the same thing. Egg rolls and Mongolian beef. Beef was charred and I swear rolled in black pepper. Egg rolls tasted like the contents started to go bad and had that musty taste of old produce. Raw egg in the dish my partner ordered, and the fried rice was white rice with soy sauce. No egg peas or carrots. It's changed ALOT. Definitely NOT Golden Pagoda. Glad they changed the name so the real one doesn't catch the wrap for this mess.

I had to do pest control on the location next to this Chinese restaurant.... the roaches were horrible coming from Golden Pagoad's kitchen. Constant problem... never ate there due to that knowledge.

Has gone down hill horribly since it was sold. The food is terrible and favorings completely different. Such a shame cause this was our favorite spot.
The gentle men who took my order was very nice but the food taste horrible. The fried chicken taste old. It still wasn't fully cooked. The chicken fried rice was ok. That's why I gave it at least 2 stars. I was missing an order of rice. The boneless ribs they said they had wasn't boneless ribs. But it tastes ok. The general chicken wasn't great either. The sweet and sour was better. The food doesn't taste as great anymore.

Horrible place, person picked up the phone I said I need to place an order for delivery, the guy the proceeds to take my order and card number, then hangs up without my address, I thought ok was a mistake, called back to give my address worker tells oh we don’t deliver, even though on the menu it says they deliver. He says let me talk to my manager I wait over 30 minutes for a call back do t get one I call and he says yeah we don’t do that, I ask for a manager he refuses to give me a manager and then says oh she will be back in 1 hour, like come on why take my order and money if you don’t do it.
