Great American Cookies

Asked for a cute cookie cake for my daughter's birthday. I've done this several times at other locations. I was unsure of what to expect. I asked for it to be at least a fresh cookie. The surprise I got when I opened the box!!! LARISSA surprised me with the cutest cookie cake!!!!! She went above and beyond excellence!! Thinking back on the day before, when ordering the cookie cake, I may have come off rude due to blah cookie cakes in the past from other locations. Larissa really shined in her work and proved my thoughts wrong. She's a blessing. I'LL BE BACK FOR MORE? ❤️

Came at 845 and they close at 9. The open sign was on but they said they would only sell cookies. Three customers tried to come in after us. If you close at 845 that is fine but maybe change your sign to 845.

I have purchased two birthday cookie cakes here and they both were super delicious and came out very cute! The staff was very friendly and professional. The ordering and pick up process was very easy. I love the heart designs and colors used for my little girls birthday cake. Our cakes were completed quickly and looked even better than we imagined. Thank you for the great service and we will use you in the future for all our cookie cakes! 5 star service.

Went on a Friday afternoon and got an assortment of cookies. None of them were fresh. Very disappointing

When you pay 50 DOLLARS for something you want it to actually look decent. When I brought it to their attention she said “there wasn’t a decorator here today and I did the best I could. What do you want me to do.. redo it?” She was a kid and I didn’t have time to wait for a whole other cookie to be made, so I took my screwed up cookie and left.It should have been redone before I even came to pick it up. This is unacceptable. If there isn’t a decorator your shouldn’t be taking orders like this. Absolutely unacceptable.

Thank you Deepak and your staff of Hope, Larissa, and Bryan. I really enjoy all the sweetness and friendly hospitality and staff. If you need custom cookie cakes this is your place. They always jazz them up and have reasonable prices. I have been coming here for years and won’t go anywhere where else. I am always greeted as if I were Family. Your location is very clean as well. Thank you Deepak for your Leadership it surely is noticed in your staff’s work and products they put out.

I needed a custom cookie cake, and they did absolutely amazing on it. They also have a great selection, and a really nice group of workers that helped us out. Perfect spot!

they seriously blew it out of the water!! We were all obsessed with this cake, no one wanted to eat it because of how perfect it came out! I feel so sad I didn’t catch her name but whoever handed me the cake on 10-25-2023 at 11:30 AM was a sweetheart and made the most amazing cake! I’ve never ordered from here but I will definitely recommend it to everyone now, they are awesome!!!! My sister almost cried when she saw her Kirby cake! 10/10!!

It's too pricey, the ice cream was just okay.

NEVER AGAIN! Tiff’s Treats is 1,000x better however I had a coupon I wanted to use at gac. Waked in and 3x female employees were sitting on the floor behind the counter because they “were bored”, I’m guessing it was a slow afternoon, one female ran to the back. Needless to say, the cookies and red velvet brownie was stale/old/crumbly. Thank God for the lady who allowed me to use her ID for military discount.

This is my first review and I doubt this will be looked at. My wife went into the store after ordering a cookie cake online today. She said it felt like she stepped back into high school. The employees were snickering about what she requested to be written on the cake and when she asked about the size of it they said well if you wanted a bigger one you should have selected it on the website. It was on there but you selected the wrong one. She said she hasn't felt "mean-girled" in a while and that the employees there were very unprofessional. Next time we will either make our own cookie cake or take our business to Nestle.

We ordered a cookie & also included the design & wording to be placed on the cookie. However, when we delivered it to the "business" that has provided us with consistent & great service we noticed that our last name was misspelled. So when calling to advise GAC of such it was the way the manager addressed the situation that 1 star was given. Then we went to speak with the manager in person & yes you guessed it she was gone for the day! This is the second time for a huge error. We will not be back to this location.

Worst experience I did a online order for a cookie cake. I went up there to pick it up they didn’t even make it and now they have me waiting for 30 mins and they have someone making it that is not experience yet with making it. This is for a birthday for a 8 year old

Great ice cream, but employees are pretty unprofessional. Rolling their eyes and showing that they are clearly annoyed when large numbers of people walk in for them to serve. Why work here if you don't want to do your job?

Fantastic Cookie Cakes and Ice Cream!!! The manager is so sweet and considerate and obviously a good example for the other employees. Love visiting the store!!!
