Heb has a variety of reasons we stop by regularly, but i really like the sushi and the cooking ideas I get from the chef . The grocery store is always clean .

I love HEB, but this is not the best location. They don’t have the selection that other HEBs. If you’re a late shopper, they make you go through the middle even though there are no baskets in the middle. If you want to close the 2 ends with baskets, put some at the middle! It’s 2 hours before you close. Seems like you’re trying to deter people from shopping.
Also, I called regarding the pharmacy not filling a prescription due to it being out of stock and they didn’t call. This has happened at least 3 times, the first time, I called and asked who is over the pharmacy, well it’s the store manager, which is why this portion of the review is not under the pharmacy.
I called other HEBs and asked, if they don’t have a prescription in stock, do they call the dr office (as this location told me) or do they call the patient. I was told they call the patient, but this Tomball location told me the only contact the dr to see if there is a substitute. Shouldn’t that be between the patient and doctor, NOT the pharmacy? Well, when I called the store manager to investigate he guaranteed he would get back with me within a week. It’s been more like 3 months. Have I followed up? Nope because Kroger lets you know if they don’t have your medication, so I go there now! The only reason for even writing this is because I’m a little ticked that they don’t make it convenient for late night shoppers (2 HOURS before they close)

First of all, this review is for the on duty manager tonight. We were in a line that had a family in front of us and it was a line we wanted to be in b/c of a friend of ours is a checker in that line so we were waiting. The on-duty manager came to us and asked for us move to another line b/c it was empty. We told him that we want to stay here and wait so we can see a certain person (the checker). He told us that since we know her, we cant check out in that lane b/c it's against store policy. we spent almost $400 tonight and that will be last time we go to the Tomball store! He's rude and i will blast this store on every social media platform i have until i get an apology from him or someone higher. His name is Leno

This Hispanic lady working self check out today was absolutely rude. I mistakenly went in self check out line with a little more then 10 items (was in a rush so I didn’t notice) and the lady rudely told me use express and kept giving ugly faces and attitude towards my family (in front of the kids) I told her I understood and was in a hurry, and to not be rude to my family and she did not care and continued to be rude. Spoke to me like I’m an idiot. The older women in the entrance/exit by the crawfish did NOT care either and ignored us. Pathetic.
