It's much better than other locations I've been to. Seems a little more updated. Food was fresh, rolls soft and hot, and chicken was still crispy after getting all the food to bring home for dinner.

This location at 249 and spring Cypress is decent. The lobby and bathrooms are poorly kept. I wish they had more side options. The ice cream machine was broken so only dried out bread pudding for dessert. For almost $20 per person it's not worth it.

Hartz Chicken makes great fried krispy Chicken , and if your pallette requires some boldly unique flavor this may not be the place for you. Hartz has been in business for decades and rightfully so, because they make excellent quality fried chicken that is crispy, and fried to perfection at the most reasonable price.
