I have visiting this location weekly since they opened and the last few months the service has gone down and the gallon teas I have been getting are bad the next day. I pay over $7 for a gallon of tea I might be able to drink a 1/4 of. You guys have to do better. I really liked going there in beginning but not anymore. Overpriced for bad tea.

Really great tea variety. We mixed the Chai Tea with some Mint Tea and it was great. Very refreshing. And.... they got that good ice y'all!!!

I'll start with I LOVE HTEAO. But I have had so many issues at this location. I got a tea gallon last time and it was rancid the next day. I cane again today. The Lil kid with braces employee gave me attitude from the beginning. Cause he gave me a tea that expire on the 18. Today is the 17. I wanted a fresher one. Then my cold coffee was disgusting. Ye didn't want to remake it ir give me a refund. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Spring from here on out the manager was very nice.

A year ago I would have given 5 stars They changed the happy hour from half off to BOGO - that is fine but they are not upfront with this A friend picked up the tea and it was full price and they did NOT offer the “extra” free drink or share the info on the new pricing/offer

WOW! First timer here. My wife and daughter go all the time, but I have never got anything, but whoa mama! That strawberry 🍓 tea was excellent on a hot day. It hit the spot. Let's Go!!!!

The unsweet peach tea is the best! I had gone to the other location on louetta, and the tea was so bad I couldn't even drink it. So I will take the extra time to drive over here because it is always fresh, and taste fantastic!

Love this place!!! For any first-timers, go inside and take the time to try all the flavors. You can do that!!! So worth it and gives you a better idea of how you can mix them together to create your perfect cup!!!

Another quick, AKA fast food place to where you are felt that they are the customer and that we are lucky that they are existing place to get drinks... When you pull up to the drive-thru, can I help you in a tone as in you're disturbing them?..... They just open up the drive-thru glass and look at you as if in you know what to do.... They hand you their drinks after they charge a card and just shut the window. Not even a thank you... You're better served just brewing your own
