Went and got 10 tacos gave 3 ranch and told me anymore than that had to pay 25 cent a piece last time I checked at all others it was 1 ranch for 2 tacos and anytime I've asked for more they always give them with out charging and the rude lady in the drive thru yea definitely won't be going back there ill drive the extra miles to go to a different one

It's ridiculous that you would not give me a small cup for waterThis was on 3/9 at 7:30I can almost promise you this is not management policy, so the employee in the manager on duty need to get it together. You're not required to give me anything but I was just asking for a small cup. Cheapskates. I deliver on Uber more than 80 deliveries each week from that particular restaurant. So going forward, I'm not going to run any of them I'm going to let it sit there and get cold. You will then not be paid by Uber or Doordash. I was not asking for a soda or a shake or any food I simply wanted a small cup so I can get some water..Now I'm going to cost you as much money as humanly possible. Nice jobYou knew I was there for Uber. You knew I wasn't just some random personGarbage all the wayThis was a totally humiliating experience and doesn't reflect the other Jack in the boxes.I'm going to make sure to tell everybody on Reddit

The burger was kind of dry should have more mayonnaise on it. I got the Sourdough Jack. I also bought a taco. Wish I had bought more tacos and not the burger! Because their tacos are still as good as they were 50 years ago!

Bought a salad and they left off the chicken and on the same order another family member ordered three piece strips and only received two. This is not the first time I received incorrect items or quantities at this location. Unless the staff up their game, I will be switching to a different location.

First off I went thru drive thru and placed my order. Drove up to the pick up window and was greeted with a huge smile from Mr Damarion. This young man needs to be emulated by others for the following reasons. Damarion was so happy, respectful and just full of Life. He made sure my order was as requested We spoke about the Houston Texans game and shared the highlights with one another. It was a True joy and pleasure meeting Damarion. This extra mile he went is what makes or breaks businesses. Damarion needs to be recognized and even made a Lead who will mentor, coach and train others. I rarely stop here but was in a hurry and wanted something quick. I am so thankful I did stop because I made a new Friend. Thank you again Damarion for your Dignity Respect and Professionalism you provided me and my Lady. Hope to see you again sir.

They never accept any orders except door dash or uber eats. Which is ridiculous because they're supposed to be open. And when I do order or can It actually get them to take my order... They never ever give me my points from my receipt. It is ridiculous. What is the point of being open if you're not taking any

The wait is always too long, despite the fact that i only ever come here when nobody else is in the drive through. Why does it take half an hour to cook a single burger? is it really 24/hr fast food if the food is slow after 10pm?

Went in to be sure my order would be customized per my direction. Asked for a Jumbo Jack with cheese, no ketchup or mayo, add mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion. Got meet, tomato, lettuce, and a bun. Ordered the number 5 Double Jack. Asked for extra mayo and onion. Got no mayo or onion. Chicken sandwich. Asked for heavy mayo and onion, got no mayo and no onion. I get that there might have been a language barrier, but the place wasn't busy at all and three sandwiches were messed up. Why would I ever go here again? The burgers weren't even good on their own. Never going back and highly recommend you don't go either. Waste of money. Hit up the McDonald's just a little down the frontage road!
