Terrible customer service. Terrible food. The waffles are inedible. If I could give less stars I would. Jack in the box has no expectations and somehow this one manages to go above and beyond to ruin the late night experience every single time.

Don't get me wrong, the workers here are utterly amazing. Some of the best people i've met. This review is strictly for the prices. Over the past 3 months, they've raised the prices on everything. My lunch used to be 6 bucks and now it's 10, so my business is going elsewhere.

Stop to get a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and a couple of tacos the tacos was cold and stale the bacon ultimate cheeseburger the patties was reheated and wasn't even enough to melt the cheese this place by far is the worst Jack in the box I have ever been to will not return to this one

Spicy chicken has been good every single time. Drive-thru wait time is a little long, but I think that is because they are making it to order. Staff have been nice. Didn't go inside so can't comment on atmosphere.

Told the drive thru, I would like the 2 for $6 jumbo jack that literally covered half the windows as an advertisement . The ONLY reason I stopped by. I ordered milkshakes so I did not notice the price was way more. I guess my fault somehow. Went back and forth at the speaker and assumed she finally got the idea of 2 for $6 several times. Of course got home and one sandwich and no receipt. You need to micro manage everything it seems or YOU lose. Payed more and got less and pissed off. Great experience. Thanks for nothing!

Walked in and waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter. All 3 ladies saw me, and instead of helping, they served the car at the drive thru that pulled in well after I got there!! This is the worst service I've ever received at a Jack in the box!!
Ordered an extra order of tacos and did not receive them. It's not a lot of money, but spending it to not get anything is annoying.

Food was okay but we waited almost 20 minutes and even then I had to go inside to get it, even though we went through the drive through. They asked us to pull around to the front and they would bring it right out. I walked in to find the employee had it in a back in her hand while she was taking orders at the counter. Based on that, I wonder how long I needlessly waited? We took a charge on this out of the way "fast" food place and regretted it. This visiting family of 5 was not impressed and will definitely tell the family that lives locally to avoid it.

Very dirty facility! I went to use restroom after enjoying the breakfast and coffee and was startled by feces in toilet, a trash can next to toilet with feces covered paper (i assume because customers who are not used to American sewage systems being capable of taking it away?) And paper on floors not to mention the stench of rotten death. I did notice a signage for facility cleanliness next to dirty sinks to wash hands. I wish I had seen this before trusting the kitchen staff with my food.

Ordered combos for 5 people and received orders for only 21/2. It is completely incompetent to not be able to fill an order, when all you have to do is read it off a screen!!! Will never order or eat from this location again!

Christmas Eve it’s always been a tradition for me to go to Jack in the Box. It’s something I did with my dad. this evening. I went to continue that tradition. I will add that Part of the tradition is the tip workers at least $100. I placed a mobile order online and it stated it was ready for pick up as I pulled up. I was greeted with no response at the intercom. I pulled up to the window and there was a lady mopping in there who made eye contact with me and continue look at me. I stated that I had a mobile order. It says it was ready to order pick up. She continue to keep mopping and closing up the kitchen, 2 hours before closing time. Really sucks. I wasn’t able to continue the tradition this year. Also, I was charged for the mobile order that I was not even able to collect. 😞
