Been eating from here for 12+ years on and off and even moved away and can’t find a better tasting chinese food than theirs. Delicious and always fresh. We drive about an hour plus when we want to eat from here and it’s always worth the trip. Never a complaint, never have leftovers either. Truly a family staple.

I have been a costumer of Jade Palace over thirty years now, and I must say the food was a great disappointment. I ordered a family dinner for four. The press chicken was very dried, and missing the top sauce. Even though I ordered dinner for four, we had to serve one tablespoon of each meal for each four of us. I will go to Jade Palace again. I drove twenty five minutes to get my food, because Jade’s was good, but not anymore.

I purchased the (6) Fried Chicken Wings for $9.25 and expected WHOLE chicken wings but received half wings (6). Also, they were heavily breaded and didn’t resemble wings at all.
I also ordered the special soup for two which was very good.
The owner did not want to refund the order but offered a free item on next purchase.

Best Chinese food around. Drive 30 minutes just to eat here. Used to frequent Chef Chan’s in Grogan’s mill, but since they shut down we had to find a new spot. Jade gives the quality and taste of Chef Chan’s before they changed cooks and will leave you asking for more.
Everything was good except for the General Tso’s chicken, which tasted rancid—completely inedible. I called the restaurant, not to ask for a refund, but simply to let them know there might be a serious quality issue with the chicken and they should look into it so no one else gets sick.
Instead of taking the concern seriously, I was told several times that “maybe this is your first time having it and you just don’t like it.” That kind of dismissive response, along with no apparent interest in checking the quality of the food, is unacceptable. And: Yes I do know the difference between fresh chicken and rancid chicken-I also am very aware of what this dish tastes like / I’m in my 40’s and have had this dish on and off for the past 25 years-fortunately this is the only time I have tried it made with rancid meat. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

The food was absolutely delicious and delivered very quickly. The prices are pretty reasonable too. They have the largest eating spoons that are borderline lad, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing!!

Anyways this place is amazing! Food is always high quality and taste stays consistent. After a decade eating from here, everything still tastes great! Why change what works?
Interior is clean and simply decorated, not over done. Service is professional & attentive.
Dishes I recommend? Lo mein and General Tsos! Jade Garden's General Tsos is unique, it's listed as spicy but it's not over powering. (And I'm someone who doesn't like pepperoni!)
If you find yourself in the area and want quality Chinese food, look no further! You should check this place out.
