I got the Italian Cruz sandwich - a little messy, but quite tasty and lots of meat. For me, the service is what stood out. I did not get the name of the drive thru person (on receipt her ID says 959), but I would come back just for her. Friendly ( and not insincerely so) and professional - she made the short exchange very pleasant and that is impressive. I used drive thru so Atmosphere is not something I can comment on

We used to go there 2 or 3 times a month. It's been a long time since we've been there. Like a lot of places, the prices have gone way up. The hood quality way down. The tea glasses are a lot smaller. I ordered a ruebin sandwich which was cold and the dressing was almost non existent, and the changed the type of meat on it, and a half sandwich was over $14.00. I gat my money back. Save your self the trouble and tr y another place. I've done reviews for several years 100s of them, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

The girl at the front counter obviously did not what she was doing had ask several times to get what I wanted to order and then when I got the broccoli cheddar soup it was cold went to front counter and the girl asked the manager what to do nextThe thing got me was they were going to microwave my soup and give it back that waythe price was not what I expected will not go back there

The manager made me a great , simple spinach and chicken salad .sweet.Grand daughter loved their spaghetti and she lives Jason's Deli so, we must stop every time. Thanks for everything Jason's great parking, clean, happy,nice staff on 249/spring cypress.Kid-friendliness: See above! She really insists on going here every time we are together.

We come to this location now and then and it’s generally pretty good. However, cannot recommend the pastrami. We’ve ordered it on two occasions and both times it has been dry and tough and cut with the grain so it ends up being stringy. Stick to other things.
