We had an enjoyable in-restaurant dinner experience. The place is well lit, very clean, including restrooms, and very welcoming. They have a varied menu with fresh, flavorful ingredients, fresh baked bread and cookies, generous portions and quick, friendly service. We noticed an active take out service as well. Jersey Mike's is our #1 choice for sub sandwiches!
Ordered a combo meal via the app. When I arrived to pick the order up and fill my fountain drink I discovered that the Diet Pepsi choice was out of order. I asked if I could pay the difference and get the bottle version and the employee (young African American male) wanted to charge me full price! Not at all accommodating! Will think twice about ordering this way from them in the future. Left with no drink I paid for!
