One of the sandwiches that I purchased was soaked in oil through the bottom of the bun the other sandwich had almost no vegetables on it.. this place stinks

When I went with my daughter a guy named Blake had made a suggestive pedophilic comment to my daughter telling her that he’d wait until she’s eighteen to sleep with her. So sick to the stomach almost had to call the cops

If this location is crowded go to chipotle right next door. When crowded they are a bunch of incompetent dummies! Normally a good place and service is good, normally. Just left there disgusted because no body knows what to do if they are crowded. Waited 20 minutes for my sub and finally they realized they gave my sub to another person. When I questioned the order taker, he says” what do you want me to do I’m just a fast food worker”! Smh

My husband went in to place our order & when he got home the club sub sandwich was missing the bacon. The menu says that it comes with bacon so not sure what happened but it was very disappointing. You would think that they knew what goes on each of their sandwiches.

The staff were very nice.
However, $12 for a wrap smaller than my hand is ridiculous, the portion sizes continue to get smaller. Also, no more Veterans discount, guys come on?

Great place tough location but worth it
I was having a really hard day and the manager Zach was one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met. He really made such an impression and I’m extremely grateful for his insanely impressive patience and customer service. All my respect. Thank you again.
