I been to this jets location four times already, they take forever. I wait about 35 minutes for my two item order, and all 4 times i wait at least 30 minutes. Their food is good, the staff is averagely friendly, the wait is very very long. 2/4 times i been there, at least two other customers were upset for waiting a long time for their orders as well. One time, my order was sitting in the warming cabinet for 13 minutes before they handed me my order. I still recommend them, cause I understand people & restaurants have bad days, and I’m open minded & understanding but cmon. Y’all need to fix the wait time before y’all have to shut down this location cause most of the customers stop going to this location because of the wait time.

Something is going on. We have LOVED Jetz at this location for 3 years. Recently it's been skimpy on the toppings. Like the cheese doesn't cover the sauce. Criminal in the pizza world. I'm afraid it's turning into a chain cheap pizza type of place. The delivery charge went up to $5 now too! It was sooo good before. We ll give it one more shot.

Served raw wings, the manager argued that there was no way. Once she saw the picture she agreed it was weird and maybe raw but then refused to fix the situation was rude and didn’t take accountability. They also didn’t send the ranch x3 or the 2 Liter Coke that I paid for.

The pizza is tasty, but MAN the service is awful. I arrived at the allotted time to pick up my food but I still had to wait 20 more minutes. What I witnessed in the kitchen was utter chaos and there was definitely plenty of staff to handle the orders. This happens almost every time I order from them. This is my last time at this location. I've had enough.

Had a great experience. Best pizza around. Bre was amazing and patient as this was our first time. The deep dish pizza is amazing and the wings are a great touch. We will def be back.
Ordered take out and waited for my pizza. We read great reviews of this location. I sat there 30 minutes when one lady said oh I think this might be yours. No one told me my pizza was ready. I was the only person there!
We ordered thin crust with several toppings plus pepperoni & hamburger. Got home & discovered the pizza toppings were sparse with tiny slivers of onion, mushrooms bell pepper. We located 4 pieces of hamburger. Worse, the crush tasted like cardboard. Wasted $26.00

Parking: Twice now I’ve pulled in too soon, there is no access from the light. Going North go just past the light.

I asked them several times if they delivered to me before I ordered. 2x before paying and once after. And they still said they delivered to my address. I ordered at 6:15, it’s 6:55pm. Instead of making my family dinner, like I was originally going to, I planned on the pizza arriving.
All for them to call me, and tell me to either pick it up (which I can’t, I have small children, and it’s been a bitter cold snowstorm the past 2 days) or I could get a refund of $50!!!!! that would take FIVE DAYS! That was my last bit of spending money before getting paid again. So not only did I not get to feed my children , but I’m short money that I needed to keep.

For the last few months, something is different with the cheese pizza at the Tomball location. Seems like it is either old (made in advance, left sitting and then warmed up for later delivery), or just really undercooked - bordering on soggy. They also tend to forget my dipping sauces.
