A pretty abysmal lunch experience… ordered lunch thru the app for some sick family at home, three sandwiches for almost $40. Two sandwiches were both supposed to have extra turkey, one of them was lucky to have a normal amount, if extra, the other barely had a normal amount of turkey (mind you, extra turkey is an extra $2.39). My sandwich, a toasted chicken bacon ranch, was almost exclusively bread with a hint of very dry chicken and bacon, none of the toppings I ordered with the sandwich (pictures attached). No one in the restaurant when I came in to pick up my food, so they certainly didn’t have customers beating down the door rushing them (I can’t imagine why after this experience) won’t be back ✌🏼

Honestly, I love Jimmy John's. However, every time I go to this location, I do an online pickup order and every single time I have to go in to get my food. There's always an excuse on how busy they are or whatever...the reason I'm doing a pickup is because I'm also busy, it's just frustrating. Love the food, but don't do the pickup. It's not worth the frustration. Lastly, my sandwich was pretty sad this time around one little piece of meat..

I come in twice a week tuesday and Saturday to buy sandwiches for my family and the customer service here is exceptional. I don’t feel rushed when I order, and my food is always delicious. I want to sincerely thank the staff here you all make a difference! Thank you for your customer service. As a business owner myself I know how challenging things can be in hospitality but these young people in this restaurant are always seeming to be having a good time at work, the atmosphere is just pure! It truly warms the environment and makes you feel good when spending money ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is close to my job, and I occasionally stop in and grab lunch on Fridays. I've given them four chances recently to get it right, and sadly, they have failed each time. I suspect someone who is in charge at this location is instructing their employees to skimp on the meat and toppings to cut costs. I've ordered regular sandwiches as well as extra meat, and both were literally the same amount, and the toppings were just sad. Each time a different worker has made my food so it's a store wide issue. I've gotten sandwiches with TWO pickle slices and the saddest slivers of onions I've ever seen. I'll stick to Jersey Mike's where I don't have to worry about my order being right, and I don't have to beg for the amount of meat and toppings THAT I'M PAYING FOR. The employees are unfriendly and seem to be annoyed that they're at work. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

I ordered pick up. When I got there I realized in my rush to order I forgot to add oil and vinegar. So I asked for a cup. The girl at the register was nice and said yes. She asked the boy making the sandwiches to get it as there were customers walking in. He finished the order he was working on- no issue there. Then proceeded to start another one. The girl reminded him I was waiting and it wouldnt take long. He then went on to a rant....of how I could wait since I didn't order correctly. Blah blah blah... then said, "we tell people we are freaky fast, that doesn't mean we need to be". He finally got my oil and vinegar. When I opened my sandwich I was unpleasantly surprised to find hardly any meat, lettuce or tomato. Definitely not worth the cost.
Do not get a sandwich here. For $8 a bag of chips and a piece of bread with one slice of meat and cheese. No thanks

Don’t outsource your deliveries to door dash!!!! It’s been a freaking disaster. Go back to employees who can read instructions and deliver where it’s supposed to go!!!
