If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is close to my job, and I occasionally stop in and grab lunch on Fridays. I've given them four chances recently to get it right, and sadly, they have failed each time. I suspect someone who is in charge at this location is instructing their employees to skimp on the meat and toppings to cut costs. I've ordered regular sandwiches as well as extra meat, and both were literally the same amount, and the toppings were just sad. Each time a different worker has made my food so it's a store wide issue. I've gotten sandwiches with TWO pickle slices and the saddest slivers of onions I've ever seen. I'll stick to Jersey Mike's where I don't have to worry about my order being right, and I don't have to beg for the amount of meat and toppings THAT I'M PAYING FOR. The employees are unfriendly and seem to be annoyed that they're at work. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

I ordered pick up. When I got there I realized in my rush to order I forgot to add oil and vinegar. So I asked for a cup. The girl at the register was nice and said yes. She asked the boy making the sandwiches to get it as there were customers walking in. He finished the order he was working on- no issue there. Then proceeded to start another one. The girl reminded him I was waiting and it wouldnt take long. He then went on to a rant....of how I could wait since I didn't order correctly. Blah blah blah... then said, "we tell people we are freaky fast, that doesn't mean we need to be". He finally got my oil and vinegar. When I opened my sandwich I was unpleasantly surprised to find hardly any meat, lettuce or tomato. Definitely not worth the cost.

Do not waste your money at this very poor sandwich shop! After clarifying 3 times my daughter did not want mayonnaise, lettuce or tomato to multiple people, the slob behind the counter continued to ask thisSame thing while the guy making the sandwich was asking simultaneously. I look at the clown working the register and shook my head no, being frustrated at how disorganized this place was. The severely overweight guy then says “I need words not head shakes” at which time I grabbed my daughter and walked out. This was a pathetic excuse for any business, let alone one that is a customer service oriented business. Please take your money elsewhere so you don’t end up dealing with the same garbage we did. Horrible sandwich shop that does not deserve the next dollar of business from anyone. We ended up going to subway instead which is right across the street if that tells you anything. Bottom of the barrel was far better than this place. Multiple sandwich shops within a quarter mile that will be happy to pleasantly serve you without wanting to drag someone over the counter.

Worst Jimmy John’s service I’ve ever had, placed an order online and my husband stops by to pick it up and they claim they have no record of the order. I have to call with an order number just to get a refund. Whoever owns this location needs to work on manager training! Wow…

Burned bread and employees that dont careI ordered delivery from here for the first time and got a Ham on sliced wheat sandwich that was not edible due to the bread being badly burned. I had to drive to the store to try and get a replacement and I was told that they could make a new one but it would be the same because the manager had burned all the sliced bread. When I asked them why they sent out a sandwich that they knew was burned they simply shrugged and said "Sorry, do you want another one or not?". They made no attempt to do anything to excuse their behavior or even make up for it. If you decide to order from here, inspect your food before you accept it, they really just dont care. Dont believe me, read the rest of the reviews for this location.
