I stumbled upon this kolache cafe by happenstance, driving around Spring, TX, a few weeks ago, and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Upon entry, my wife and I were greeted, and we decided on the boudin Kolache, the BBQ brisket, and the Mac and Cheese Kolache. Hours aren’t accurate. They don’t open until 9 am. The day I wrote the review I was sitting in the drive through looking at the window to a hand written sign saying they were not opening to 9. Maybe it was a one time thing, it is the only time I had tried to buy something here.

Kolache Kafe deserves all the praise! The kolaches are hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly soft, warm, and filled with delicious, fresh ingredients. I personally liked both their raspberry and their brisket kolaches.

Ashley puts her heart and soul into her food but also remembers and gets to know customers. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a cozy, cheerful vibe that makes you want to come back again and again....
