Customer service has really gone downhill in the last few years since I've lived here. The lines are as bad as Walmart where it will be after work grocery store rush, and two lines will be open and they'll be stacked eight people deep. They really need to up their game to complete.

We are staying in a camper van in the area and needed some essentials and boy was this grocery store the right pick! So much variety and we nabbed a little of everything. Super fresh produce and friendly service.

I arrived at 10:55. I understand they close at 11 & the workers want to leave. But those 5 minutes can make a difference to someone.

Even though I'm closer to another Kroger I prefer shopping at the Tomball location friendly staff and love the coffee shop. Every visit has been a good experience.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This store advertises sale prices on items they don't have. Twice in two weeks the meats on sale weren't even there. Ribeyes one week and shrimp this week. There's a reason we usually go to heb. The prices are also a lot higher at Kroger. This is our last visit.

The Kroger's in Tomball is awful. There are too many things to complain about so I'm done. I will be shopping at HEB from now on.

Curbside at the Tomball Kroger on 249 and 2920 is absolutely horrid. You will get incompetent people picking out your groceries who don't substitute out of stock items of the same caliber. Example; bought Italian sausage and got brautworst. Plus, you will get spoiled food, like a rotten potato and a moldy onion. Then the cherry on top! You will have to wait an HOUR to get this crap and not even be told that you had substitutions to be able to decline them. (I'm signed up for the text messages to review subs and I didn't even get this).

If you want your click list order delivery or pickup completed on time you should save the fee and get your groceries elsewhere. In the past year, I have gone to pick up an order twice and was sent home because it wasn't ready. Items have been left out of my order three times and I have had to make a trip to the store after my delivery. The coupons aren't always applied correctly. Today my delivery order was scheduled between 1pm and 2pm. It is 3:20pm and my order STILL hasn't arrived. This is the worst customer service possible.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!!!! They r rude and take wayyyyy to long to get you through the drive through. I am definitely changing but just in case you are planning on using this pharmacy.... Don't! Horrible horrible!!!!
This Kroger Pharmacy is just not good. Prescriptions take too long. Rarely do they actually do what they say they will do. You have to make several trips to get anything accomplished. People there are just rude. Save yourself the headache. Take your business elsewhere.

Called a prescription in on Monday morning, went to pick it up on Tuesday evening and they tell me it's not ready yet? How can you not have a prescription ready that was called in over 24 hours earlier?

I went in Kroger in TOMBALL, today and a Kroger employee she was stocking the candy isle,, and I needed help finding something and asked if she could help,,said she would help me,,, then she disappeared!!! I went to Customer Service Counter to request something and THE MANAGER never came. There was NO ONE at customer service counter for 20 minutes I walked out!!!!

I frequent this store but recently went shopping for Naked Strawberry and Banana Juice on October 17 and forgot to check the date....the expiration was on October 7th.

Unprofessional and appalling. This review is for the two ladies who claim to be "branch managers". I arrived at the Kroger at 5:38 PM. Google maps says that they close at 9 PM for Covid. On their door they posted that they close at 6 PM. The two ladies were blocking everyone at the door over 20 minutes before closing. I told them I have Crohn's disease and needed to pick up a prescription ASAP. But they closed the drive-through pharmacy also.
