If you expect service don’t bother asked a server where I could get drinks she pointed at the counter. Then only the server can order pictures of drinks so stuck paying 4.00 each for a drink order of 6 people. If you are a bowler then this is not your place. Pins are on strings and the lane is short.

We visited last night to enjoy some video games and drinks, but unfortunately, I was disappointed by the condition of the restroom. It was clear that the bathrooms had been treated disrespectfully, which was disheartening to see. The two staff members, Lily and Laurie, appeared visibly upset by the state of the facilities but still made an effort to clean and maintain them. It’s concerning to see such disregard for a space that is meant to be shared by all patrons. I believe it's important for guests to be more respectful of both the facilities and the staff who work hard to maintain them. On a positive note, Ruben, our bartender, was extremely friendly and professional, and the entire staff was welcoming and attentive. We appreciate their efforts and will certainly return, hoping that future visitors will be more mindful of the establishment.

Everything was good; my kids had a blast. However, kids got about 3000 tickets they was excited to get a price My son really wanted a lava lamp, and I agreed since he'd been asking for one. He won it get it , but it stopped working after just one day. I tried reconnecting it, but that didn't work. I'm disappointed that we spent so much over $500 to play games and eat and for the prize they give not last even a week. That's why I'm giving it a 2-star review. With the amount of money this buisness makes, they should provide better quality prizes. I tried to call and speak to a manager, but I got voicemail. I left a message, but no one has called back is a week now since i called. Now I'm expecting Amazon to deliver the lava lamp for my son. He been asking about his lava lamp my son is autistic and he likes sincered things like this so he was disapointed as well.

Overall a good place to do bowling, but the service and various issues altogether don't let this Main Event show the whole potential.
Good: - Electronic machines to make reservations. - Clean. - Newer shoes. - Food quality and presentation. - VIP lanes in a separate glass room, which protects from noise.
Issues: - Food was brought silently and put to the corner table for some reason, instead of on our table. - The salad was brought without a fork. When asked for work the server just disappeared - we had to find it ourselves. - We asked for the burgers without pickles, still the cook prepared them with pickles. - Somebody else's food was brought to us. - The kid accidentally dropped a glass with ice, the server said would clean it for nobody to slip - which never happened. - The reservation for our 2nd hour somehow disappeared from their system (while it was there, when we checked in). So they stopped our games in the middle. And then asked for the proof. Was so lucky I had the reservation receipt with me. - The chess miss some figures. Some other figures are just broken. - The lane 21 is noticeably curved to the left. - No bowling balls in the glass room. We had to do several trips outside to get them.
