Marcos Pizza in North Eldridge is the best pizzeria! Maybe they should have more promotions and discounts for frequent customers. My family loves that pizza, especially the all-meat one.

We have been customers for many years and have unfortunately experienced that the quality of the pizza has been very inconsistent for I would say the last 6 months. We even for a while got our pizza elsewhere but then decided to give Marcos another chance. Pizza was ok, cheesy bread as always in my opinion a little undercooked. We ordered again and didnât ask for a thin crustâŠ.. but man I have never seen a pizza with almost no crust. Last week we ordered again and I was truly excited about the cheesy bread! Beautifully crunchy and fully cookedâŠ. The pepperoni pizza was so soggy and greasy âŠ. Such a disappointment. We have decided to order our next pizza elsewhere.

This is the second time that they messed up My order. They charged but did not include my garlic dipping sauce. Also the pepperoni did not taste like old pepperoni. It tasted like cardboard. Very disappointed

When fresh this pizza is good! A bit on the pricey side if you ask me, but it's good!
I really like this location. Service is fast and the employees are friendly. The spicy old world sausage is my favorite topping. I also really appreciate the pizza bowls that have no crust. As someone who can't eat wheat, I appreciate the option.

If somebody ordered a cheeseburger, hold burger, would you not find that odd? Maybe ask the customer if they made a mistake?
DO NOT order from DoorDash or expect Marcoâs to make things right when you get the metaphorical equivalent of a cheeseburger, hold the burger. Also, DoorDashâs ânot requiredâ fields on their form are, apparently, *required.*

This used to be my favorite little pizza place but it seems that recently they've fallen under bad management, and I mean like really bad. The kind a district supervisor needs to watch quietly.
I ordered a pizza one day and while I normally drive the less than a mile trip to pick my pizza up, I was busy and poor and could only tip a dollar. Now, I know that a pizza oven takes 7-11mins to cook a pizza from working at a papa johns as a kid, but I ordered food at 3pm on like a Wednesday afternoon and it took two hours to deliver.
I had called at least twice and the "manager" picked up and instead of being understanding, literally self victimized about me only tipping a dollar for pizza. Apparently, because I tipped only said dollar, they sat on my order. No, I could not go in and pick it up either. That was not allowed.
I waited until the guy decided to deliver the pizza and it was cold. At least my order was refunded but he literally -came back- for the cold pizza too.
This was a series of about 5 or so calls and two face to face interactions. Guy was driving a hunter/camo green Toyota pickup. Honestly it ruined my day.
I won't be coming back here. This is a good reason to go try Papa Johns or better yet, Locatellis. You can get Locatellis for the same price now anyways. Just a shame. Great food but completely unacceptable customer service.
