wedding for 150, food was fresh, and very tasty. Everyone bragged about the appetizers and dinner! Ahi tuna crisp and thai meatballs for appetizers. we had the pork loin and beef burgundy with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with a spring salad. their balsamic dressing was some of the best i’ve ever tasted ! Staff was very accommodating even helped look for a child hiding under a table LOL. They made a to go plate for the bride and groom. Just an overall excellent experience. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of photographing Master Chef Catering in action during a Holiday Event in December 2024. First thing I noticed, was that Michael and his staff were very friendly and hospitable! They all welcomed guests and myself with a smile and friendly nature. Second, their displays were amazing! All the food and decor looked aesthetic, appealing and festive. Third, everything tasted so good! The meats were cooked to perfection, and the fruits and veggie spread were all vibrant and fresh. I would definitely recommend Master Chef Catering!

Michael has been amazing since the very beginning. I found him on social media and reached out to do a testing, which of course ended up just being me. He was very accommodating to our needs and was super efficient in communicating with us when we kept making changes to our menu or guest count. I truly appreciate that he was able to replace one of our appetizers items to something similar for my culture which we heard everyone raved about. Again, Michael and his team was on 100% awesome on our wedding day even through the hear of Texas but we had nothing more we can say other than we appreciate and value everything he did for us! I wish I could give Master Chef more than 5 stars because they deserve it!!

They were timely with responses, his team was so helpful on the day of, and their food was *amazing*. (If you're thinking about getting the vegetable egg rolls or Jamaican jerk chicken satay for your appetizers - just do it!)Highly recommend them to any couple looking for amazing food and a great experience!

Michael & Master Chef Catering are simply chef's kiss! Michael is a wonderfully kind and patient person. He is also extremely creative; we had a Disney-themed Wedding, and he made plenty of suggestions to incorporate Disney elements to our menu. But he is not just an idea man, he also executes flawlessly and flavorfully. Would highly recommend!
I will start out saying chef Micheal is amazing!! I was double booked by another caterer for my wedding and I read reviews and tried to find based on reviews the best I could....I ran across chef Micheal and pleaded on a email for him to take on this challenge.. He said he would make it happen and promptly threw out ideas to customize our menu after talking with me about our likes and dislikes.. and even put his soon on the Scottish eggs which were amazing as was all the food...the quote was prompt and you can tell every detail had thought put into it....he also got festive with his own kilt !! It was such a pleasure to have him there and everything was perfect...he contacted and kept me up to date on everything .. he took my husband's mom Irish bread pudding recipe and made it perfectly....thank you chef Micheal for all your patience and for taking this on at last minute and for truly making it a magical evening.. I will absolutely use you again and have been passing out cards to family and friends for all their events....thank you for saving our day with such perfection..

Chef Michael is awesome! When we were looking for a wedding caterer, I had low expectations. “It’s catering food,” I thought, “it all tastes the same and it’s all ‘meh.’” Boy, was I wrong! On our wedding day the food was absolutely delicious! We loved everything, but especially the prime rib and the zucchini and squash casserole! On the day of, we received compliments from even our pickiest if guests, my husbands New-Jersey-Italian family. For them, compliments about food are extremely high praise! Chef Michael also worked with me in detail to ensure all of our guests had a meal they could enjoy. Vegetarians, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests enjoyed the food just as much as every other guest! Chef Michael is a great caterer and a very kind person. We were very impressed!

For our daughter’s wedding at the Falls event venue in Waller, TX, we had arranged Masterchef catering to provide appetizers for 150 plus guests Michael Corey, the owner, is very responsive and highly professional. He responded to all my questions on time and provided the quote promptly and made changes at my request immediately. He and his staff arrived promptly and was ready to serve the appetizers on time. They set up a beautiful fruit and cheese display. We had 4 hot appetizers to be served during the cocktail hour and Michael and staff made sure that each guest was presented with the appetizers multiple times. His staff worked in passing the trays relentlessly during the cocktail hour. It was an excellent service and I recommend Masterchef without any reservations. Thank you Michael for your service.
