The best McDonald's restaurant that I've ever been to and this location is consistent on all fronts. Great job from management and every employee I've ever had the privilege to encounter on every visit from dine in to drive through.

Don't understand how McDonald's has the same button for toasting bread longer or cooking meat longer. Well done, of course the incompetence at fast food is that rather than toast the bread like requested. They turn the sausage into coaster and the English muffin is still raw. For some, minimum wage is over compensation.

I have gone to this McDonals 3X in the last 1-1.5 months. 1st time tasted like I got day old bread and was cold. Thought maybe a 1 off. 2nd time my wife wanted a McRib asked for no onions. Got onions. Picked em off cause didn’t have time to go back. 3rd time tonight we ordered 2 kids meals and 2 combos. Everything that we asked for no onions on had onions. No sauce in the bag. Drove back up there this time to have things remade. Get the second order. Asked if there was sauces in the bag. They respond “yes, they should be” and walk off. We confirm. NO SAUCES!! Had to walk back in the store and ask for sauces. The service here has fallen way off recently. To not get one order right over 3 trips and a return and BAD!!! I know this review isn’t gonna stop people from going. But check everything and make them fix every mistake til they learn to get it right!!!!

Everything was good, the only criticism I have is they are in a rush on the weekend and sometimes they forget orders, I ordered my stuff at 6PM but didn’t receive my order until 7Pm because of how busy it was. Once I gotten my order I had something’s missing and it took 10 minutes before I was able to ask my question. Overall everything was good but just be aware of the night weekend rush.

Man with a service dog was being harassed by a manager because of his dog. He had showed her proof of the dog being a service dog but was still being told he needs to show proof each time. Apparently they don’t know the law in Texas that they’re not supposed to do that. Poor man was only here for a coffee and a biscuit.
Service dogs are allowed anywhere any other pedestrians are. The dog was well behaved and didn’t bark or anything.

Fast food, usually forget something and be sure you ask for exactly what you need: ketchup, napkins, cutlery or straws.
I do not like ordering my food through those machines that they have there I rather speak to a live person so I can tell them exactly what I want but I get the impression like I'm bothering them when I do so

George p is an older gentleman that works usually in the evening or afternoon shift he is always willing to go up and Beyond what a normal employee should do he is very nice courteous and on top of his game just wanted to give a compliment out to him he has been working there such a long time and deserves a pat on the back for his great customer service always.
