No point in mobile ordering when it takes 30 minutes to get it. The staff is super rude and couldn’t care less. Got home to 1/2 full fry’s and no Happy meal toys, after preordering and having to go inside and still wait. Just piss poor service and care

Good night. The restaurant has a set schedule that the dinning room is open until 11 pm. And I always go and it's closed. For example, today, December 18, I went at 9:44 pm and the door was already closed. They do not comply with public service hours due to the dinning room

I’ve never in my life had a bad experience at this McDonald’s and today the woman was arguing with me when I know I ordered a Dr Pepper and she gave me a sprite , before I took it old her I didn’t get a sprite , I drink Dr Pepper . She wanted to argue over a drink .

I don't expect much when it comes to McDonald's, but the Tomball location is one of the worst of the hundreds of McDonald's that I have ever visited. The management has a total lack of care and this reflects on all other employees. I have witnessed an employee telling a customer to go to Burger King cause the customer was complaining that their order was wrong. The attached picture is yet another example of an I don't care attitude. I ordered two apple pies at 8:40PM and I am sold two pies that expired at 7:00PM, 100 minutes prior! And the saddest point of all is I was able to renew my license plate at the County Tax office quicker then the time I spend in the drive thru line at this store.

As we were running morning errands, we stopped for a quick, satisfying bite to eat but more importantly for the consistently best coffee ever. The eatery was clean, well-lighted with lots of windows, spacious and pleasant. The staff were caring, professional, dedicated, and did their very best not only for each and every customer but for co-workers. The commraderie fostered feelings of goodwill and safety for everyone. The water closets are well maintained and supplied. The parking lot and location were easy to access with safe return to traffic. We had a great experience and eagerly look forward to our next visit.
