There’s never a greeting the person that’s taking the money doesn’t know how to make change then gets mad at me when I corrected him, but he only gave me $.20 instead of $.95. There’s no please there’s no thank you I say thank you I don’t get shit back. They have a terrible attitude. The food is horrible. I can’t eat my breakfast this morning when I tell you dry and hard like a hockey puck dry and hard like a hockey puck baby. I will not waste my money any longer at these places. I am not paying to be treated horribly any longer and I hope other people start taking notice to that as well. This is your money you work hard for your money have a better conversation with your money you deserve better service and better food. If that’s your choice to spend your money on don’t settle don’t go here.

Took 20 minutes to get my order. Then when I got the order there was no drinks. When I asked for the drinks I was given an empty cup. It's a to-go order. I had a lot of food that wasn't put in any bags so I had to carry all the food and I had a small child with me. So I had to just leave the empty cup on the counter and leave because it was already 20 plus minutes of waiting with hungry child and couldn't carry it all and go make my drink. Then when I get home none of the sauces we asked for were in the bag. There was not one sauce. If it's going to take 20 minutes you might want to let people know when they order. Also, if it's going to take that long you should at least get the order right and maybe even make the coke?

Corporate should definitely teach this location customer service, everyone is cold to you. Reading is also hard for them here. It’s guaranteed that they will miss something if you DoorDash something, especially the sauces…They gatekeep that stuff or something.

Ordered through online on the app when I got there, they said that they couldn’t give me my order because they stopped serving breakfast Which I understand, but if it let me order through the app and they took my money then I should get my food. Manager was no help didn’t give me a refund Contact McDonald’s online they didn’t do anything. Also that morning African American manager was rude gave me a ugly attitude she should fix her face when talking to customers

Dear General Manager, please hire more customer service oriented people. Also, it's been 2 weeks and you guys have yet to "fix" your Mcflurry Machine. Can you guys go ahead and expedite that facilities ticket so they can finally come and fix this machine so us customers can enjoy some Mcflurries. Having a pregnant wife with danger cravings isn't fun.
I get it, shutting it down early and "telling" customers it's broke, to just get ahead and clean it in advance before closing down but this machine been down for the longest. Whatever the case may be, you guys need to tighten it up and showcase what a Top Flight McDonald's can look like. Get it together.
