Staff is as lazy as can be. I placed a mobile order and got charger thru the app but they wouldn't make the food because their systems were down. Service is slow and useless. I'd rather pay more for Whataburger.

I waited seated (because they told me to wait seated that they would bring it to the table) and if I didn't stop and look for my food it would still be there!! And there were 6 people in the entire Restsurant and they were all eating, I looked at them and they didn't even realize that I was missing!! The hamburger meat was very poorly done!! My cold chips…. No, please, if you don't want to work and do things well, please change jobs!!!

I was waiting for 5 more minutes at the drive thru and they did not assist me even though I was the only vehicle. Other vehicles arriving next door and if they were attended to. I entered the store and waited more than 5 minutes to be attended to despite not seeing any more people at the checkout.
