How is it possible to forget to put sausage on a sausage mcgriddle? This place is horrible. It used to be great a couple of years ago, but they don't seem to care at all! If this was my franchise, I would restaff and pay attention to the customer reviews. There are too many locations near by to easily avoid this location.

Had an online order, let them know i was there to pick it up. One guy said they getting it together, I waited 15 minutes with no word until a lady ask me my name just for my food to be seating in the back just getting cold.
