Overpriced and Incredibly rude service. $15-$20 for a sandwich and fries. Waited about 40 minutes, then when we asked about our food were told “i told y’all to be patient, I’m not a chick fil a fast food restaurant”. Eat somewhere else.

Visited this place as I have been to 403 eats a few times before but have tested out the other trucks and wanted to give this place a try. The menu is a unique hybrid of Mexican and Cajun. I got the Birria Po boy and the boudin balls. With the tip almost $30; a bit steep IMO for what it is. (Time labor costs I get it).. The Buzzer I was handed didn't work which resulted in the operators just yelling out the order from Inside the truck which couldn't be heard and then I finally approached, and a .. cheerful.. exchange took place. Could have just come outside and asked. Customer service could have been better. The boudin balls were delicious 100% worth getting. The po-boy was meh, was really hoping for a bit more flavor from an ingredient packed sandwich and a dipping sauce.-- Everything was hot and fresh so always a big win in my book! I wouldn't be discouraged from trying this place out as their menu has a lot of interesting stuff on there worth coming back for.

Super nice guy but I am guessing cost and stuff may have affected the quality of the food if he has all these good reviews. We spent 60 dollars on chicken strips, tacos and noodles. We threw most of it away and it turned my stomach. The food did not match the pictures. Sorry but never again.
