The lady at the front was so helpful, I didn’t know what to get and she was so kind. The only thing is their prices are a dollar more than whats on the google menu, but other than that the drink tasted so so so good!!

Snacks and tea are good
Last time I came I received 70% Ice 30% drink not even Starbucks does that… I let it be and not leave a review about it but today I came and it’s not even 8pm yet the open sign is on and the girl told me they were closed … that’s just being lazy I will not be coming back to this location since I’ve had bad experiences in every visit.
Came in to get a boba milk tea and wasn’t greeted or anything. sat there and watched the girl make three drinks. Then when I was handed my drink there was no boba. I then asked the girl if boba usually comes with the drink. She said no so thinking it was a mistake of how I ordered it I kindly asked for a little cup or something for my boba. Was then told there was no boba left and that was it. Had I been told from the start I wouldn’t have even ordered anything.
This place is terrible, they lock thier bathrooms unless you buy something,I tried to explain to the asian person behind the counter I needed to wash hands,before I order something. It smells also,I think I am going to report them to the health department.
Boba tea was decent but the pearls were way to soft and chewy, needs improvement but the fries were good. Their fruit teas are way better

I stop by every time I go to Kroger. I absolutely love the drinks (Brown sugar milk tea). Service is very efficient and never have to wait long. The good is also pretty good

I ordered the honeydew blended boba. Taste was very good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! She was quick with the order! Would definitely come back here. And definitely recommend this place to my friends. Nice vibes and decoration inside the shop.
