ODD TEA - TOMBALL

This place is terrible, they lock thier bathrooms unless you buy something,I tried to explain to the asian person behind the counter I needed to wash hands,before I order something. It smells also,I think I am going to report them to the health department.

Boba tea was decent but the pearls were way to soft and chewy, needs improvement but the fries were good. Their fruit teas are way better

I stop by every time I go to Kroger. I absolutely love the drinks (Brown sugar milk tea). Service is very efficient and never have to wait long. The good is also pretty good

Daughters love it, definitely worth stopping by.

One of coolest and nicest places we've been to in a while. Family owned and run. The customer service was top notch and super friendly. The drinks are fire!

I ordered the honeydew blended boba. Taste was very good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! She was quick with the order! Would definitely come back here. And definitely recommend this place to my friends. Nice vibes and decoration inside the shop.

Everytime I come here I’m waiting for 30 minutes or the staff is very rude.

I’m not sure what is happening today but the hazelnut milk tea with hazelnut poppers taste like water and a hint of chemical. Tried to call the number listed but no one will answer. Very disappointed. I will be stopping by tomorrow for a replacement or money back since this cost me $8.00. I do want to add that this place normally has gray hazelnut milk tea. I think this was just an off kind of thing. If they replace or reimburse I will remove the bad review.

Nice place for a tea and some board games

Ordered my drink with crystal boba (and of course I paid for it), but NO boba at all! No phone number to call for complaint. Popcorn chicken tastes good, but the portion is very small. Drink is fine. The staff is also nice. But overall I’m very disappointed with my visit!

Waited forever while the lady washing dishes completely ignores me. She finally walks up to the desk to take my order and just stares like she’s irritated that I’m there. I asked for a tea that shows on the menu to be un caffeinated and when I ask to make sure there’s no caffeine, she keeps saying that tea only comes with caffeine. I’m confused because that’s not what the menu shows. I finally get flustered by the way she’s just standing there, staring at me blankly and decide to leave without ordering. Cashier looked like she wishes she was anywhere else and that I was a burden. Won’t be returning

I love this place ,but my only complaint I stopped by at 7:10 and asked for popcorn chicken was told that the kitchen is closed thats still like 50 minutes till closing I understand if it was 7:30 or later but it wasn't that's my reason for the low rating

How are they gonna be open for so little and yet be closed a full hour at from 2 to 3 pm
