Had the 3-meat, 2-side plate with brisket, sausage, and half chicken. The sausage had a great snap, the brisket was tender and smoky, and the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Portions were generous, and prices were reasonable. The place was clean and well-kept. Highly recommend for any BBQ lover!
We got there 30 minutes before closing time and still we got something to eat. As we are from Germany we do not have that many BBQ spots. So it is fair to say that this BBQ was by far the best we have ever had.
We came here for BBQ with my in-laws and weren't disappointed. The wife and I selected the non-fatty sliced brisket which was very moist with a perfect smoke ring. Next time I'm going to try one of the very large meat-stuffed baked potato. Old Tomball BBQ had plenty of sliced onions, pickles and jalapeno to accompany the order. Another BBQ in Tomball doesn't offer the condiments and we had tried yet a different BBQ in Tomball and it seems they're always sold...
