I ordered 2 packets of Barnyard millets. One was fine. The other had a lot of insects. When contacted, I was informed that there was no warranty on their products but as a courtesy they sent me a RETURN LABEL & informed me that they would replace as soon as they received my RETURNS. They received it on 20th November - 4 days before their long weekend holidays but despite 3 emails from my end there was no response to 27th-1 week later & that too very unapologetic. Their prices are not competitive & if products are insect ridden, there is really no point buying from them at all.

4 years long time customer here. Everytime they create shipping labels immediately(looks like automated system generated) but never ships the Order untill we followup over the call. Its time to stop giving them a business. 4 yrs of feedback is too much to tolerate these lazy unprofessional folks. Today its not Sudhi who responded the call but a 55 year old unprofessional lazy person lifted call and not even ready to take the feedback with no infomration when they r going to ship the order. Book ur stuff only if you want to wait forever without any information on the order or customer service

We ordered Rice one week back they simply deduct money from credit card and sent an ordered received email.. after that no communication even try to call customer care no response.

I ordered rice from this seller (via Amazon).Not only they delivered different items, the expiration date on both packages erased.while I am waiting for responses from the seller, I want to warn anyone considering purchase from this shop. (On Amazon) they do not accept return, replacement nor refund! and of course, writing review was not allowed! Customer service?! no one picks up and voicemail is full.

Buyer Beware! I ordered the aBuchi Method Processed Unpolished Siridhanya millets (all 5 millets 2lb each). So far one of the millets Browntop has bugs in it. I only post this because Organic Sphere has stated "These are organic groceries with no chemicals or pesticides. Bugs are normal to get. You should be careful on how to store it.We cannot offer replacement unless you send it back to us."UPDATE: The company sent me a replacement Browntop Millet bag several weeks later. I appreciate their action in taking this issue seriously. I will change my rating to 4 stars from 1 star.

Customer service is a dying art....but these folks haven't forgotten. As a small business owner we try to prioritize doing right by our customers. I had a problem with delivery on my first product order, it was a bit of an odd situation and they could have told me they were sorry and cut the cord, they didn't. Not only were they kind, but tried to help me track the order down andwent above and beyond to try and make things right, though this was no fault of theirs. I'm truly impressed and proud to do business with Organic Sphere and look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you!
