I cannot believe how far and beyond the entire staff at this location has gone to correct a simple mistake on a busy day a few days ago. The managers and staff here have ALWAYS gone above and beyond mixing good food, and spectacular customer service in a clean environment no matter the amount of customers they have here. But today, they've all gone even beyond imagination and made me further understand why this is the ONLY Panda Express in all of the Houston area that I give my business to. Thank you, thank you, thank you way from the bottom of my heart.

Overall, I been to this Panda Express many times and not a single time I went has it disappointed me, you walk in that door, there’s always this one lady saying “Hello welcome to panda” most places I come to, they say, “Hi what can we get you” but the service is good. The food is freshly made and hot and ready to go! This by far is one of the best Panda Express I have been to compared to other places!

Need to hire people who know better than to say “oh my god” over the speaker as someone’s ordering only 3 things of food (some white guy with brown hair). Never have I heard someone straight up say that over speaker as I’m ordering food. How sad acting like they got a back breaking job give me a break.

We were so impressed with the team at the Tomball Panda Express when we visited. The food was all hot, fresh and well stocked. The young man who greeted us and took our order was exceptionally friendly and professional, but the whole crew was a well-oiled machine. One lady was taking the food temps often and keeping the line clean and others were taking orders, replenishing the food, cooking and keeping things in order. Everyone knew their job and took care of it with a good attitude.
Thin young Lady with dark brown hair working the window was so rude to us. Not being helpful at all and talking to customers like they are stupid. It was such a bad experience. We are generally nice to our customer service folks because they deal with a lot of rude customers but to get treated like that was so uncalled for. We will not be returning.

Excellent food and so glad we can substitute super green veggies for the carbs of the rice and noodles. Good choices to swap out for the sugary, high calorie dishes are the Angus sirloin with broccolini (1,50 extra) and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken.

i ordered a bowl and a juice in the drive-thru. i arrived at the second window and this lady was going to give me two drinks and i told her i just ordered one. she looked so annoyed and gave me a death stare. ha!! im sorry? the guy must have heard me say 2 drinks when i was ordering. it was a small mistake, it happens… but this lady was just absolutely rude. i ordered around 7:40-7:45 sept 6
