Beyond frustrated. Placed a plate order and one of the entrees was their mushroom chicken which is my favorite. Was told it would take 8 minutes and I told them I would wait. Proceeded to take a couple minutes to pay them and get my drink and they asked me to pull to the front as there was still to be a 5-6 minute wait. Sure no problem! I'm sitting there waiting...waiting....watch 12 vehicles come through the drive through, 10+ people go in get food and come out....25 minutes goes by. Was just about to pull around again when a girl walks out finally with my order and apologized. Ok no worries. Something told me to check my food. There was just teriyaki chicken and no mushroom chicken...so I pull around. Tell the girl at the window I was missing an entree that I still needed my mushroom chicken I waited for. She asked what size. Excuse me? Not sure. She asked what size again. I said I ordered a plate meal and it only has teriyaki I'm missing the mushroom chicken....she closed the window before I finished saying chicken. Anyways she immediately hands me a small carton I figured had been prepared and missed being put in my bag. I take it and thank her and head home. 20 minutes later I get home and sit down to eat....just to see she gave me another carton of teriyaki chicken......I WAITED ALL THAT TIME FOR MUSHROOM CHICKEN.....and stil did not end up with any.
They no longer let you sample the new flavors. The food was not very hot. The portion sizes are good for the price. The place was clean.

Their new hire, Carlos, is wonderful!! Superior customer service!! Also, the speaker system is being updated, so you have to order at the window. I picked up orders twice today and Carlos is handling the drive thru window orders and online pick ups very well!! He's an excellent addition to the company's staff!!

IT IS IN THE HEAT OF DINNER (5pm) TIME! They are out of shrimp product and will only make it on an order by order basis, yet they don’t close until 10 pm.

The schedule is at 10pm and I arrived 20 minutes before 10pm on July 3, 2025 and they told me that it was closed and that my family was visiting from Chile so they could see the restaurant and they made a very, very bad impression on me and my family.
Amy was extremely rude and disrespectful because she decided she wanted to be in a rush taking orders and instead of asking if I was done ordering she walked away and started to help the couple that was behind me and then got mad when I had to say excuse me I’m not finished ordering and just walked away while I was in the middle then decided to give dirty looks an attitude because she got corrected this location has horrible customer service and will put the drive thru orders before the customers standing there in line waited literally 25 mins while there was 1 person in front of me
The food was cold and not fresh the food quantity was too low too.
Very bad language barrier issues. We were frustrated trying to check out and tell the lady we wanted separate checks cuz we had 2 different rewards we were using in our separate accounts. She didn’t seem to understand and had to keep getting the manager. Eventually my wife left in frustration and we ate at separate spots. Not a good experience. Employ English speaking people.
Update. Gave a second chance. This time they were out of chow mein. I said how long til there’s chap mang. She said 10 min. I said I guess I’ll have to get rice (I don’t like rice). Not evens. Minute goes by and there’s fresh chow mein. I said that was a fast 10 minutes and she just smiled and said ya. Atleast check on how long it’s gonna be if you’re not sure. Oissed me off
I ordered dinner through the app on February 28th, and my husband went to pick it up. When he got home, we realized one of the plates was completely wrong. I called the location, and the manager offered to replace it that day or on another day. Since the restaurant is over 15 minutes away, we opted to come back another day.
Today, my husband went to pick up the replacement meal. When he got home and opened the food, it had an overwhelming smell of smoke. I even had to ask him—though I know he's not a smoker—if he had smoked because the smell was so strong. He said no, but the food still had a weird taste to him.
I took a bite, and it was absolutely disgusting—it tasted like I was eating cigarettes. The smell and taste are lingering in my mouth, and it's unbearable. This is now the second location I’ve tried, and both experiences have been awful. Panda Express is officially the worst place to eat!

This is the worst panda I have ever been to. They continued to work on online orders and drive-through orders as multiple people stood there in line for over five minutes and they never spoke to one of them.

All the employees are sullen and treat customers with contempt, and they also over-request orders, meaning they prepare orders that came later and delay the preparation of previous orders.
Exquisite food and great service

Extremely poor service and long wait time for delivery orders, it seems like they don’t care about the delivery orders.
