I ordered online the day before for a 0645 pick up . Got to the store at 6:50 and the bagels I ordered were still in the oven. All they said was they did not see my order and that they have been really busy. I asked for it to be delivered ( they have delivery service ) but they have no staff to do it. I asked why I wasn’t notified and they said they don’t know . Manager wasn’t very accommodating with anything except to wait for it or have money refunded.

This food is overpriced and the quality sucks, if you want a real sandwich that’s worth $13 go to potbelly 100%, never again

I went to Panera in hopes of buying a little bag of chocolate chip cookies, but first I visited the bathroom, It was so filthy. The toilet paper containers were left open so then I went to the counter and waited for about 10 minutes, Nobody showed up. I noticed where all the sweets were it was so dirty crumbs everywhere, the pastries were all Messed up. It didn’t look appetizing at all. I waited a minute or two more. The place as a hold felt filthy today. Nobody showed up so I left I drove quite a way just so that I could get my little bag of chocolate chip cookies, but unfortunately it did not happen. :(

What a disappointment. We used to frequent this Panera often and thought we'd give them a try again. We got 2 Pick 2s. When we came home, one was missing a Mac and cheese and the frontega sandwich only had chicken, cheese and aoli on it. Guess they forgot half the ingredients. Oh, and they let us know when they handed us the food they had no french baguette bread for the side so they gave us chips instead.

Horrible experience with my drive-thru purchase...teenagers didn't want to work, they took forever...bread so stale, it was like 7 days old, unchewable... the soup? Was it baked potato or liquid mashed potatoes with cheese? Green cobb Salad, bacon unable to eat it, i think they put plastic instead, the dressing tasted bad, not fresh...will not go there again :(

Ordered ahead to pick up in the drive through. I waited for 20 min behind someone else in the drive through. When I called to the store to ask what was happening, they said the food was ready. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I backed out of the drive-thru and went inside and finally got my food.

I ordered a French dip and potato soup. Couldn't even tell the sandwich jad meat unless you opened it. Very few potatoes in the soup and 2 out of 3 of the sodas were out. For a new location I definitely would not recommend!!!

They never ever get my food right I can ask for a regular white bread sandwich they will give me tomato bread they just horrible and don’t listen to your order just incompetent ass people period
The ABSOLUTE WORST location. Takes forever to complete orders and then when you finally do get your order, it is incorrect
