Update** The manager Rebecca got in touch with me and was very kind and made it right. I was very pleased with how she handled it and how she was understanding on why I was upset and not satisfied with my order. Thanks to her I will continue to order from here and my replacement order was 100% better than my terrible order I had received.**
First time I ordered my order was perfect. This time my order was absolutely terrible. The cheese was non existent, crust was hard, and the pizza and cheese sticks were cold. I ordered at 5:03pm and did not receive my order until 6:32pm. Estimated time was clearly off but with some type of communication I would’ve been ok.

Becca was working by herself at this location and handled our Oder as if she was super woman on steroids! Very nice and our order was not only correct but fast service! It was a one woman show and she did awesome! This girl deserves a raise! Hard to find employees with her dedication!

Wow wow wow is all I can say. Not only were the teens not attentive to customers walking inside but apparently they don’t care. But what do you expect when you have a manager that is suppose to lead and control the situation instead of smoking what didn’t smell like cigarettes and with the teenagers!!! All just laughing in the back until she (the manager) caught my eye and magically the vape (even though it’s not a cigarette, smoking around the food I’m ordering is unacceptable and unprofessional) disappeared snd the “friendly” customer service appeared. When you can barely open your eyes I think my family understands why you’re so friendly. My husband couldn’t believe his eyes and I was just disgusted. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Whatever they were smoking doesn’t matter because it was around my food and with underage kids. She should be ashamed of herself. Wouldn’t doubt that the “cool” manager supplied them with whatever it may have been. Worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to and I pray the others can redeem what use to be our family pizza night place.

Well I ordered a pizza from here, granted it has been a while since I've had Papa John's but I figured the special was good. The pizza looked amazing from the top but was definitely undercooked. I asked.for it to be well done but it was too thick and super wet and doughy throughout the whole pizza. The young lady at the store was kind but the pizza was not good at all. I literally picked the cheese and toppings off the top and just ate that.

Although the delivery was a little late, it was definitely worth it. I can always rely on this location to serve me absolute quality. When I do pick up an order the employees are always kind and quick. Very humble and generous people!!
I have ordered here and had my pizza delivered since 2022. I always tip well. 30 minutes after I order (15 minutes before delivery was to be here) I get a call saying they can’t deliver to my address any longer. Nothing popped up on the app and never got an email saying delivery boundaries were moved. The shop is literally 6 miles away. 6 miles.
