I have ordered here and had my pizza delivered since 2022. I always tip well. 30 minutes after I order (15 minutes before delivery was to be here) I get a call saying they can’t deliver to my address any longer. Nothing popped up on the app and never got an email saying delivery boundaries were moved. The shop is literally 6 miles away. 6 miles.

I wish I could give this place negative stars . Two times ordered here and took 3 hrs and no one answers the phone . Then the wrong pizzas were delivered. Poor delivery guy tried to resolve it and called the manager Becca on her cell phone (because remember no one answers at the location!) he explained to her the situation and she hung up mid conversation! Pure TRASH

I can understand that it can take an hour and a half to deliver a pizza. However, do not cook the pizza right away and have it sit there for over an hour and then try to deliver something that horrible to your customers! This has happened multiple times from this location... Do better Papa

I ordered their New York pepperoni pizza. I added cheese at the end of my order so I got cheese pizza. If I wanted a grilled cheese, I could’ve made it at home. I would not ever recommend Tomball Papa Johns and when I called the store manager and talked to Ashley she was Nice and said I’ll give you a credit, but I will never order from them again
