Paradigm Brewing Company

Was excited to try Paradigm brewing Company, 6/7/2025, as it's pretty close to being in the backyard. Nice atmosphere and GREAT spot in the country. Paradigm does not accept cash which is absolutely WRONG. I don't believe in debt for dinner. This is America and cash should be accepted everywhere. Sat at the bar, ordered flights and chose a couple of beers. the Belgian Cherry and Mexican Lager are so good/excellent. When it came to the food, forget about it!! Ordered appetizer and seriously, less than two minutes later it came out, dry, like Fall leaves, like it had been setting on the line for quite some time. Wasn't even hot. But we thought after much time, will give another chance and ordered the cod dinner. Again, less than two minutes later the food came out. We were stunned....it takes time to cook and clearly this was not cooked by a chef. The fries were hot and great. The cod was lukewarm. The coleslaw tasted funky and strongly suspect this is why we were ill yesterday June 8. I've looked over reviews and find the SAME issue over and over and Paradigm has done nothing to improve their food service. If you value your health, don't eat at Paradigm. So many better choices in the area that I wish we had gone to first. For a beer, have a blast and enjoy the atmosphere.

This is a very nice place, lots of room indoors and out. Their lagers, pilsners, and hefes are really good... I'm not a fan of their IPAs... Take that for what it's worth... The service is okay, it was slow.. same thing with the atmosphere, it's probably going to be what you make it.

Food and beverage were great. Gracie was our server, very pleasant and the service was 1st class. Will definitely go back.

Love the atmosphere here. Their burgers are great and they’ve got a nice selection of craft beer. All around a good place to visit if you’re in the area.

Amazing experience burgers are amazing and the bbq pork belly bites are bedazzlingly deliciously finger licking good. The wraps are also a very tasty, and don’t get me started on the assortment of and many many different types of alcohol they have here. 10/10 for sure. Would recommend if you’re trynna have a good time. tye shi

Let’s start with good beer.
Majority of the wait staff is horrible, the females kept playing with their hair at the service window. Took forever to order food. She Didn’t know the menu. A long time to get the server to get our check.
Kitchen: no beard covers with a long bushy beard, line cook wearing a tank top in kitchen. Not head covers or hats on two cooks .
Was here about a year ago and things were great. It really went down hill since the last time.
Management should pay attention to the 9 bad reviews in the last month and fix this before this place goes under.

We absolutely LOVE this place! The beer is amazing and the atmosphere is family friendly and lots of fun for everyone! You don’t have to just come here for the beer the food is out of this world! The service is great! We usually come with a large party and they do a great job making sure everyone is taken care of! I’ve met the owner, Josh, a few times! He takes the time to walk around and check on all of his customers! This is the best brewery in Houston!

Great spot for family night out. Kids love playing in the vast outdoor space and we can enjoy the beer menu in the meantime. Great menu. This is one of our favorite regular spots.

BEST PRETZEL EVER. Amazing service, beer, and food! My friend and I came to Paradigm while a big crowd of people were there visiting after a memorial. I thought “oh great, the service is gonna take forever”. Absolutely not! The waitress came quickly, took our food and drink orders, and the food was out in a heartbeat! Not only that, but the pretzel was perfectly cooked with an almost crispy outside and soft center. The Brussels sprouts were almost Asian-inspired and delicious. We were so impressed. And the beer was great too, but we already knew that :) The outside area was wet due to the major storms today but I definitely want to check it out when it’s nice outside — tables, yard games, and beautiful tall trees.

Love this place. The rotation of beers and the menu keeps you coming back. Ask for the owner Josh and he'll make sure you're taken care of.
