Our server, Emily, was really great! Ordered the 16 oz prime rib. My wife ordered the 14 oz prime rib. Her meat was under done based on what she ordered. Mine was perfect. I had a side of seasoned rice. Rice was horrible. Way under cooked and had no flavor. Emily swapped it for the steak fries and had my wife's steak re-fired. All good now. My only other critique was the cracked upholstery on the booth benches. Time to reinvest in some upkeep.

We had a very lovely dinner at Pecos! Our server was so attentive and kind. The food was decent and well portioned. We also appreciated the prices- so many restaurants have been inflating their prices, but the prices at Pecos were very comfortable. It was so nice to finally have dinner out in a clean restaurant with good food and good service. We'll be back!

This place is one of our favorites to eat at for lunch and dinner! Blake was our server today & he was awesome! He was very attentive (checking in on us and keeping our drinks refilled). Today, I tried the pot roast for the first time (recommended by Blake) & it was terrific! It was tender and juicy- the gravy was even better! We will see y’all soon!

Our table's food took forever to come out and all seemed lukewarm like it had been left under warming plates in the kitchen for 10-15 minutes. Our steaks were way overcooked. The flavor was good....Perhaps they would've been great if they had come out right off the grill. It seemed like they were understaffed to take care of overall restaurant needs. We went for very long periods without seeing our server and she forgot to bring things we asked for. She never came back to check on how our food was after we received it.
We love the Pecos grilling company! They have a nice room for large groups if you need it for that, but the restaurant itself is also a great place to sit, but we actually prefer sitting at the bar. The service is always great. The drinks are always, and the food selection is fantastic and always tastes great.Kid-friendliness: Of course!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is.
