Every single time I order they do not do the tracker and then they just say it’s delivered out of nowhere and it takes another 30 minutes to get my order. Do not order delivery from this Pizza Hut.

We greatly enjoyed our dining experience in this Pizza Hut in Tomball. Rather than getting the pizza delivered, we chose to go inside and eat. Our pepperoni mushroom pizza was delicious. The gentleman who served us was very polite and attentive. He made sure our order was accurate and the meal was great. Condiments were on the table. The restaurant was very clean and had nice decor. We’ll be going back for sure.

The assistant manager Makenzie (spelling?) is AWESOME. She took the time to personally deliver my pizza after a Doordasher lost her mind and went somewhere else, causing my order to be delivered cold and 30 minutes after the original delivery time. This type of customer service just does not exist anymore, and this beautiful lady needs a raise and a promotion. Thank you Makenzie!!!

My son and I went in and picked up our order. McKenzie, the employee working had the food ready. We ate inside, First time ever eating inside Tomball's pizza hut. We didn't plan on eating inside at first but we did. McKenzie brought us some ice in paper cups and also plates to sit and eat with. Totally cool move. She was friendly and helpful. The store its self was spotless. The pizza and cheese sticks were the best we have had in a very long time. We previously have been Dominoes fans. We will be going back to the Pizza Hut in Tomball. I sure hope our order gets prepared by McKenzie, the only employee we saw that day. Top notch give her a raise!

Sit down with family at 8pm in the dining room on Friday night. At 8:10pm we were told that the dining room is closed that we would have to leave. The lady said she needs to clean instead of serving us. Dining room closes at 9pm it says it everywhere. Didn't ask us if we want to order and take it to go. Just kicked us out. If you can't handle your job quit and go find something else.
