My son and I went in and picked up our order. McKenzie, the employee working had the food ready. We ate inside, First time ever eating inside Tomball's pizza hut. We didn't plan on eating inside at first but we did. McKenzie brought us some ice in paper cups and also plates to sit and eat with. Totally cool move. She was friendly and helpful. The store its self was spotless. The pizza and cheese sticks were the best we have had in a very long time. We previously have been Dominoes fans. We will be going back to the Pizza Hut in Tomball. I sure hope our order gets prepared by McKenzie, the only employee we saw that day. Top notch give her a raise!

Sit down with family at 8pm in the dining room on Friday night. At 8:10pm we were told that the dining room is closed that we would have to leave. The lady said she needs to clean instead of serving us. Dining room closes at 9pm it says it everywhere. Didn't ask us if we want to order and take it to go. Just kicked us out. If you can't handle your job quit and go find something else.

I decided to try this location and ordered 4 boxes of pizza. My stuffed crust pizza was missing my pepperoni’s. Overall I wasn’t satisfied, pizzas looked rushed also. I stopped to this location because it’s close to my job and I was tired. I highly recommend the 24914 Kuykendahl location, I’ve never had any issues at that location, my pizza is always made the right way and not rushed. This was my first time trying this location on Main Street, I’m very disappointed.
Online Ordered 2 pizzas in one of their meal bundles. They called after I placed the order to inform me that they ran out of cheese (weird for a pizza place but ok) and that they were getting more cheese, so the order would take longer and be ready in 30-40mins, and I said that’s fine. After picking up the pizzas, one of them had cheese and the other didn’t. I called the store to tell them, and they said their ticket says “no cheese” for that pizza (indicating that I put that when I didn’t). I checked the order I placed online and it in fact does NOT say no cheese, it clearly says cheese. The girl on the phone was rude and basically said there was nothing they could do and that she called to tell me they were out of cheese. But on the phone she told me they’re getting MORE cheese, and that the order would take longer, which tells me I’m waiting for the cheese. Also why would one of the pizzas have cheese and not the other? Anyways bad customer service. 👎🏻

We ordered two medium pizzas and picked them up. The two cost over $40.00. Both were undercooked, actually soggy dough. Folks there are nice, but making pizza is NOT their thing. Pitching after one slice each.
We like “crispy” thin crust pizza. We ordered 2 and they were crispy, thin, and just the right amount of marinara and cheese and toppings. Mackenzie was capable, friendly, and completed my order.

Took my order stole my money never briught the food and when i tried to call them they disconnected there phones and closed up i waited one hour for delivery and they charged my credit card $39 how unprofessional

Update: Everywhere is slowly starting to decline in service and now thus place is too. Small mistake makes the guest upset. Although decent food, they missed up my order. I ordered thin and crispy pizzas and instructed to be cut into squares but got regular cut. Slightly disappointed by this. I hope they fix this issue before it gets out of hand.
?love my pizza hut but they forget toppings all the time and i usually dont say anything. They forgot my basil pesto drizzle.
