Pizza Hut Express

We’re going to take our business to Marcos or another pizza place in Tomball. This place never gets it right and always takes over an hour for any order any time. We order from here because my son likes Pizza Hut but this was our last order.

We are visiting from out of town on Feb 21 , 2024 and called the Tomball Pizza Hut on 2920 to talk to the night manager named Ryan a couple of minutes before close. He answered and went out of his way to help us. Truly appreciate that he answered the phone so late and was so genuinely helpful. Look forward to coming back next time we are in town! went there for dinner and got food poisoning. that has happened before and working in the restaurant industry...you want to know right away if someone has become ill after eating in your establishment.

went there for dinner and got food poisoning. that has happened before and working in the restaurant industry...you want to know right away if someone has become ill after eating in your establishment. called the next day and told them what I ate and that I had gotten sick. the girl told me that I didn't get sick there, that they have thermometers in the foods and everything was the right temp. she refused to believe me. i just wanted them to know so no one else got sick. i didn't want a refund or a free pizza. very strange, have never been back.
