Food was really good. People were nice and the atmosphere is really nice for a calm dinner.

Carryout and dine in are different prices although their the same on the menu. When we asked our waitress Zyann for a manager to question she kindly got us the manager. Daisy the manager was very not respectful at all. She kept rolling her eyes while speaking to us. We told her we would be happy in paying the difference which was only a couple a dollars but the disrespect of her demeanor was unacceptable. Zyann was our waitress and had more respect than Daisy the manager.

Had a question regarding carryout and dine in prices. Waitress Zyann was very respectful but when I asked for the manager to question price. She was very disrespectful and rude. While I was speaking to her she kept rolling her eyes looking everywhere but at me. Needs a lesson or 2 from our young waitress

We came here for my daughter birthday dinner which consisted of 25 people and multiple kids running around and yet our waitress, crystal, did not skip a beat! The food was absolutely delicious and came out so fast! Typically in parties this large you would expect a mess up or 2 but Crystal handled everything perfectly and got everything out exactly how we asked! The whole staff got together to sing my daughter a happy birthday and brought out a giant piece of cake with a sparkler candle on top, it was so awesome! I highly recommend pizzalios, the staff is so kind and helpful, the food was so delicious and to make everything even better, the prices really cannot be beat! We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Came here mid afternoon after. Wife got the lasagna, I got a Brooklyn pizza. Both were hot, delicious, and fresh. We'll be back for sure!

Buffet until 1:30pm (not 2pm as described in their menus and ads). Unfortunately there was one lady that didn’t have any customer service skills, and made us regret our visit. We don’t I will be back anytime soon. Also, buffet goes until 1:30pm instead of 2pm as advertised even when they have that info in their menus, but they have a banner inside with this new time.

I drive by that place on my way to work every day and decided to try out the place since I was craving pizza. I was really satisfied with the food and the place. Will definitely bring the family with me next time.

Autistic kids are not allowed in the playground area because they disrupt normal children activities, per manager. Just want to let everyone know before visiting. This has been an ongoing issue with this particular establishment. The ADA has been notified.

Not autism friendly. Manager (heavy set Hispanic, with a beard) no name was given. Walked up to a customer’s 8 year old grandchild and said that he isn’t allowed in play area due to it being for “normal kids” why not go to the adult about it personally with a valid reason? Instead of doing so you go up to a child who is already aware he is alittle different and you make him feel even worse. Such a shame what this world is becoming. If I could give zero stars I would 🙅🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Food is great but the service is the worst. Literally the worst. Do not expect any kind of service from this place. They also like to change the “rules”. No longer take coupon books from the school even though our sprit nights are here. Really rigged. Probably won’t be back.

Per the manager at Los 'Fuentes and Pizzaiolo's in Tomball, autistic kids are no longer allowed so as not to disrupt any normal kids' activities

Well we have been coming here since this opened but I guess there has been some on going changes. They changed where they do not offer free kids meals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They changed it on the menu that they hand you, but they did not change it on their menu that is above their bar.
Being that we come here so often, we never look at the menu placed in front of us. When we asked, the staff immediately got defensive and did not want to honor said deal that is on the menu (picture shown as of 7/9/25).

One of the staff members, walked to the back, slammed the swing doors, clearly upset over two kids meals. This is very unusual behavior from the staff, we always have good service. I guess today was different.

Hopefully everything gets ironed out before we dine in again.
