Drive thru. Dried out chicken was not the popeyes I remember. Biscuits were ok, ran out of dirty rice. This Louisiana guy will not be back. You can do better….

The best thing I say is the chicken was good here. The service wasn't bad. It was actually better than what I expect from Popeyes. This is a little bitty ass Popeyes. It just seems really small.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something disgusting food bugs flying around it’s literally a health hazard I seen an employee take the trash out and then go right back to handing out chicken without washing they’re hands. I would never step foot in this place again

Terrible. Told my bf to come in to apply he was there within the same hour and they ignored him. He sat there 30 minutes after same manager (40 year old Hispanic man)told him one second Lol enjoy your job! cause he will only find something better My advice, find Jesus 😄 and be more humble because your not better than everyone

Just a very long wait to order and get our food in the drive thru & no eye contact at all. More like we were just a part of their work duties & when I asked a question about being certain biscuits were in the bag, they answered generically, likely there in there, " but did not dbl check or really hear my actual question. 3 boxes in bag & bottom box was completely squished by weight of top 2. Maybe 2 bags would have been warranted, so our food, although good, could have been more appetizing visually, if u know what I mean;)

Omg this place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!! I ordered the festive family box and this whole chicken was UNCOOKED and the tenders had to be SUPER OLD it was too hard to even rip them apart. This is literally so sad and upsetting that a place of business is even operating, everybody on that night shift need to be FIRED included the manager for not having enough MORALS, PRINCIPLES or respect for being the face of the business and making sure everything is regulated and done properly ! You could die eating this undercooked messed ! It’s all fun and games until yall got a lawsuit coming towards yall.

Ordered our Thanksgiving Cajun Turkey from Popeyes and picked it up at this location. The staff were all young kids, didn’t see any supervisors at the location. It was not a clean place and luckily I had printed out the email for my order as the staff did not seem to understand English. I would not go here to eat, but since the turkeys come precooked and frozen my visit turned out fine.

After reading the reviews I see continuing to call won't make a difference. I called to see if I could get a refund or a coupon SOMETHING to remedy the horrible service and even worst chicken we received. Looks like all the reviews are the same as well as the manager response. The manager always says sorry and come again. Really? Went to the drive thru about 7:45pm and the chicken we received for $30.00 had apparently been sitting since the 5pm dinner rush. It was cold, we ask for classic and received spicy. We couldn't even tear it apart. I guess management is okay losing customers.

I’m a doordasher and arrived at 12:26 to pickup an order. I caught the employees leaving and I was like hey what time do you guys close and they’re like 1230 and I was like it’s not even 1230 yet… and the kid leaving with the silly haircut with the shaved sided head said I don’t care it’s 1230 we closed.

About half the time they give me the wrong order. Perhaps they should make sure their employees can read and speak fluent English. Chicken consistently undercooked. When they do get it right I dearly love popeys. When they get it wrong I'm not happy, as i can't tolerate white meat. Hopefully service will improve.
