Popeyes did not give me my refund. They have stolen from me and there is no way to contact anyone about a refund. Automated system is a joke and this will be the last time i get popeyes because it was not cheap and i did not get my food or my money back so that makes them thieves at the end of the day.

Would like to say this review is about food but i cant even get any during operating hours, they aren't even open at 9 like they say. 3 people inside and no one will answer the drive through or unlock the front door and its about 10 minutes past open time. Cashier sees me as they are pouring juices and tending to the counter but ignore me. They even let an employee in as i waited. Looking at previous reviews I can see management is either not managing or just absent in general. Weird to see so many employees inside and them not be ready for opening. Let alone be able to tell a customer who obviously is there to order food that they either need more time or are not ready. Either way. Very poor experience.

Horrible Experience, And, as soon as I bet into the Chicken, it had a really bad spoiled smell like bad. Chicken and once I touched it. It was very slimy. The Manager had no sympathy or interest in my concern. She just gave me back my money quick. with no sorry, or response

Placed a mobile order, 3:01pm. 1 minute after I received notification my order was ready. Clearly this was false, walked into the building and stood at the front counter for 12 minutes before anyone asked me anything. Keep in mind in the only person at the front counter. Check the screen and says my order is in progress. Well 22 minutes later I received my food. 2 meals, a sandwich and tenders. Something has to improve, especially with front counter acknowledgement.
Chicken with so cold and hard you could not even eat it. This location has let me down last three times in a row. Management does not care and refuses to do anything about it. It was almost like the chicken had gotten cold and they put it back in the grease to heat it. Instead of the lovely orange that Popeyes normally is, theirs is always dark brown and burnt to a dried crisp. The staff does not care about the customers at all. Never going here again

I never write reviews, but this is absolutely horrible! I live a mile from this location, and I’m a frequent customer. My daughter asks for Popeyes at least once a week. This looks unhealthy to eat. I threw the entire thing away. The lettuce was slimy, and the wraps looked like they had been sitting for 12 hours. Definitely lost me and my family as customers.

I order a 5pc blackened chicken strip meal. Some strips are big, some are tiny. I’ve consistently noticed if I get a few tiny ones, they throw in an extra. This small thing keeps me coming back.

The mac and cheese was dry. The biscuit was hard and over cooked. Too much money spent for not good food. Won't go back to that location again.
